My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

Laura is an amazing host, very responsive and the home was beautiful. Laura ensured to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. I will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Weather wasn't real good, so we had To spend alot of time in the condo. It felt like home. Everything we Needed was there.

We only spend a night at Vito's beach condo. Location was perfect if you want to be steps from beach and pool, and able to drive to historic district of St. Augustine. Vito is very responsive and very helpful to make sure you have what you need! Thank you very much Vito!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Grace and Kelly's place. The beach and the Matanzas River are only a few steps away. We enjoyed long walks at the beach in the morning. The condo is very clean, spacious and is tastefully furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Grace and Kelly responded immediately to questions and gave easy to follow instructions. Overall, a great stay, would love to visit again.

Had a lovely stay. Paul was a fantastic host. Very responsive and accommodating. The space is clean with all the essentials. Nice wine glasses which I really appreciated! Beautiful views. Quiet. Easy access to pols. I stayed for several months on a work assignment and felt right at home. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo!! Very clean, I admittedly always look at the baseboards, especially in the bathroom and was very pleasantly surprised at how fresh and clean everything was. The beds are worth mentioning-- my husband's a man who much prefers his own bed, but each morning we woke up, he'd gush over how it was the most comfortable bed he's ever slept in. No joke. Great view of the ocean and quite possibly the easiest walk to the beach of any ocean-front place I've stayed. It really was a perfect spot for our family and Amy was more than accommodating and so sweet and friendly. Thank you!!

We had a great experience! First impression is always key and we immediately noticed how clean it smelled when we opened the door. It was very homey and spacious! Just minutes from the beach and all our favorite places in St Augustine!

This is a great spot that is close to the beach. There are nice amenities with a good overall vibe.

I evacuated from Tampa for hurricane milton, tottally stressed out. i was lucky the place was availble. The condo was clean and organized. I had everything I needed. The host was responsive and helpful. you'll be a few steps from the beach. I will definitely save this location for future vacations.

We are return customers! We love this home and enjoy the proximity to the beach and local day/night life. We are a family with 3 kiddos and this place is perfect for them - kid friendly and entertaining. Looking forward to our next stay soon.

Great place and walking distance to the beach as well as short drive to St. Augustine. We only stayed for one night but liked that they provide all essential items such as kitchen supplies and beach supplies which makes it easier for someone who will be staying for a longer period of time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and loved that we were able to bring our pet here we have a small shih-tzu and he enjoyed the walk by the beach as much as we did.

Spotlessly clean and comfy, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that’s nicely accessible to beaches and downtown alike. Great!

Well described sparkling clean condo with all the basics you could need. The complex was well maintained, safe, clean and there were soooo many older people with adorable dogs around! The pool was pristine and the walk to the beach was about 6 minutes from your door. I was surprised to see so many e bikes, dogs and cars on the beach but it's a different beach culture than I'm used to. The condo has a section of the beach that is hopping on good days but not crowded. Speaking of the beach, you might want to bring your own mat/towels and other basics with you. If you visit during the night of lights in St. Aug, know it is very popular and traffic/parking is horrible. Car service is somewhat limited too. Kookaburra coffee across the street is a gem and, also the saltwater cowboys (12 min walk) is definitely an interesting spot with a nice sunset. Grocery store is close as well. Overall we had a great visit and would recommend Sophia's place to those who want a quieter vacation.

Great location for privacy. Right up to the beach. Beautiful beach area. Great outdoor pool and play ground. Perfect for kids. Not a lot around the area but it’s ok if you don’t mind driving 10-15 mins away.

Very nice stay in a nice area. Was kept very clean and organized with clear instructions on checking in and checking out. I had a couple questions and they were answered very quickly. Only thing I wish I knew is there is no access to the gym at the premises However, I should’ve asked that prior to booking.

This place was very nice, nice king size bed and another room with 2 single beds, everyone has own bathroom/shower. Has 1 heated pool and that one is small and then a regular pool which you can see from the balcony. Also a beach access to ocean and it’s not crowded at all. Just make sure you have correct code to get back into property, we had wrong one and luckily someone was coming out and told us the correct code. Some people talked about the cleaning that has to be done, wasn’t really that big of deal, throw the towels you use in washer, then once about to check out put them in dryer, as far as the trash? Wouldn’t anyone do that anyways? Just respectful thing to do. Used the whirlpool a lot! Great way to relax before bed. Overall was a great comfortable place! I’d definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this condo! Waking up to a conformable home with everything needed, opening the sliding glass door to the serenity of the water fountain every morning was so peaceful and harmonious. The hottub was awesome, friendly people, and beautiful surroundings. The host is very quick to respond, personable, and very helpful. Will be back again!! Definitely added this to my return to list!!

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed this condo. It was comfortable, exactly as described and so close to the beach! The neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and is close to the grocery as well. We enjoyed the hot tub, which is right out the front door, and the heated swimming pool, which is just a few steps from the patio. The beach was lovely, clean, wide and so very close.

Shayne was an awesome host to deal with. I highly recommend him and his condo.

My girlfriends and I so loved our weekend stay for my birthday. Walking to the beach was super close. We decided you had the best spot in the complex. Private and in the back and so close the ocean. Thank you!!!
