Chalet vacation rentals in St. Johann im Pongau District

The chalet is very nicely furnished and in a fantastic location, the view of the opposite mountain slopes from the balconies is really fantastic. We were on site with 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child and had plenty of room, also as far as the bathrooms are concerned. The hiking opportunities in Mühlbach and surroundings were still good in autumn and we enjoyed our daily excursions very much. It should be noted that the equipment in terms of consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, etc., is really only intended for the first need. Accordingly, you either have to bring the corresponding things yourself or prepare for an early shopping on site. A current note: during our stay, a construction site was built directly in front of the chalet on the slope. So if you like to sleep a little longer without the appropriate noise level, you should currently ask the landlord for the status of the construction site.

Everything was great. I had a wonderful, quiet holiday in Christoph's cabin and was able to enjoy the area very much. Embach is a really nice mountain village. Next time, on the other hand, I would travel by car. From Lend, a bus does not constantly go up to Embach, which is absolutely understandable and was no problem at all. By car, you're more flexible. The cabin is as described on the pictures and in the text: cozy, quiet, perfect for unwinding. Gladly again – thank you Christoph! :)

Tatjana's home is well-prepared for guests. The host took care of the details of the design, which provided great comfort and enjoyment. The details and details of the home's furnishings increased its appeal. I recommend it to anyone who likes beauty and good taste. The home is well-equipped, warm, cozy. Dream home:-)

Had super great 5 days at the property. The house really has EVERYTHING to feel right at home. Very nicely decorated, very clean and also the property manager on site was very friendly. The location is very good - all in all an absolute recommendation! Kind regards Lukas

It’s hard to put in words what we experienced - it started with the views of the mountains, amazing cabin, clean, minimalistic yet with everything we needed and the high ceiling with burning fire in the wood stove will steal your heart.

Beautiful little farmhouse in a quiet location and with short distances (car) to the ski stations and the center of Bad Gastein.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful, classic, stylish and well maintained. The location is stunning. Kitchen was very well equipped. Nice fireplace and even a sauna.

The place was really very nice and spacious for 7 people. Andreas responded immediately to questions and concerns. The kitchen is well equipped and also bathrobes and towels are on site. The highlights were of course the whirlpool and sauna. The property as well as the area is definitely recommended.

Our group had a lovely time, perfect getaway ski trip. The house is as advertised, very clean, great views and is in pristine condition overall. The hosts were very nice and helpful throughout our stay whenever we needed to reach out to them. There's plenty of slopes near by to choose from, one within walking distance but a car is recommended to have around even tho there are ski busses. Some shops and restaurants are nearby incl ski rentals. Overall a great experience in a lovely location with great hosts. We'll probably try to come back in the future as an even bigger group.

Great place with beautiful views, a minute or two away from the lift. If there is enough snow you can even ski down to the house.

Andrea and her husband's place is a beautiful old house equipped with every modern comfort. The house has everything you need, is cozy and gives a warm feeling. The beautiful stove/oven in the kitchen is easy to make with the wood made available for this purpose and provides a cozy warmth in the kitchen. The indoor sauna and relaxation area is a winner, after skiing is highly recommended. The bedrooms are furnished with beautiful painted closets and have a private bathroom. What stands out are the many works of art hanging on the walls, very nice to see. The museum village where the house is located is very peaceful and quiet and is about 8 minutes drive from Bad Gastein, we have always gone by car, but there is also a bus service. The contact with Andrea was pleasant. As far as we are concerned, this house is highly recommended

From the moment we arrived, our host Christian made us feel incredibly welcome. His dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect was evident in every interaction. We brought along our young baby and two dogs, and Christian went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met, proving that nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation itself is simply stunning. It offers breathtaking views, serene atmosphere and additional amenities, such as the spa and wellness facilities. The interior is tastefully decorated - every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide maximum comfort and luxury. We are already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend this outstanding destination to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. We will undoubtedly return, and extend our heartfelt thanks to Christian for making our stay so extraordinary!

Insanely great, very well equipped, beautifully and high-quality furnished, extremely thoughtful cabin with sauna, Sonos sound system, bathroom for each bedroom, 2 refrigerators and and and and!!!! We had a brilliant time and were always off the socks that there is just everything you can think of. Peter and Bettina also took super good care and the seminar taxi was also practical! Really brilliant concept and a lot of love for detail! I look forward to next time!

Great accommodation you felt very comfortable, support was always there and you could always reach the hosts. Location top, just like on the pictures, great sauna, great pool. Good restaurants nearby gladly again.

We had a lovely stay with two families with plenty of space and privacy. The house was full of everything you'd need from candles and firewood to kitchen appliances, all spices, and very cozy linens and blankets. There was an amazing, big couch for all of us to sit around the fire. The sauna was a plus after a day on the slopes. There are two nearby restaurants and an easy walk to the gondola but not an apres ski scene like in Schladming proper. If you want to ski other parts of the area, check the bus schedule. It runs late and only hourly. Ariane was very responsive from the beginning. All in all, it was a great stay.

The cottage was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. Unfortunately we had very bad weather, but when we entered the house it was nice and warm and very comfortable. That is why we enjoyed staying indoors and enjoyed our time there. Each room had its own bathroom with toilet, which is really great. Overall, we had a great stay. Absolutely recommended.

The place was really great. Super kid friendly and great location. There is another house between the house and the lake, but there is still direct access to the lake. It's also really great and great cooling in the summer. The owners are always available and available in the restaurant next door (this is also highly recommended!).
