We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottage! Beautiful and safe location, walkable to most everything. Was a little worried about "street" parking but it was not an issue at all! Our vehicle stayed safe and secure! The home was clean, bed was super comfortable. We did find the door code slightly confusing to start, but my husband figured it out! We will definitely be a return guest and greatly appreciate our hosts!

This adorable guest home is private and comfortable. Situated in a quiet and safe part of the garden district, it offers walkable distances to everything on Magazine street and the streetcar on St. Charles. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Maria was great to work with and provided clear and easy instructions for our stay.

Perfect hideaway for 1-2 people. Cozy studio and beautiful outdoor space. Great location and easy to get around. Steve and Tamarin were friendly and helpful.

The room was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Clean and had comfortable linens, towels, etc. Kim was a great host and gave recommendations while being responsive as well. 5 stars.

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed at Neil and Nancy’s place in New Orleans for her birthday trip. She described staying there as the most magical experience of her life. The place was beautiful and Neil and Nancy were lovely hosts. Neil even provided transportation for them so they could enjoy the Mardi Gras parades, and even dropped them off back at the airport. They went above and beyond to make their stay amazing with recommendations and being extremely helpful. They cannot wait to come back! Thank you Neil and Nancy!

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

They were so friendly. Loved the daily chats. While the house does not have the modern look that hotels do, they went our of their way to stock up the place with tons of amenities/supplies: free WiFi, all types of soaps and shampoos, bottles of water, utensils....and more. The place was nicely decorated, the neighbourhood seemed safe. Definitely recommend it to others.

The location is perfect if you are looking to be right in the middle of the action and looking for the ability to walk to just about anything in the French Quarter. These were the main things I was looking for so it couldn’t have been better from that perspective. It is relatively busy and noisy, but it’s on Bourbon St after all and we went towards the beginning of Mardi Gras celebrations/parades. We spent two nights and after all the AirBnB charges it came out to a little over $800/night so I’m sure there are cheaper alternatives, but if you want to be on Bourbon St in the middle of everything this time of year, there are no “cheap” options. I will say communication leading up to our stay was great, and although we had no reason to reach out during our stay, I’m sure the host would have been just as attentive as before and after our stay. This place is worth the stay if budget isn’t a big issue and you don’t need peaceful quiet to sleep.

Wonderful stay! Easy to walk to bourbon st and Frenchmen st. Our host was super helpful, highly recommend this stay.

Great place and as described, guest house is directly located in the backyard with the host living on the property. The guest house is essentially "duplexed" with the other portion being stayed in as well. Couldn't hear them at all. wifi speeds of 60Mb/s Great coffee availability of both Keurig and pot coffee. Kitchen stocked with proper cooking gear.

Beautiful little home perfect for a couple. Was in a quiet neighborhood next to some very friendly neighbors. A Google search of the area can be off putting but we had absolutely no issues, and we came and went often at nighttime. Everything was very clean and cozy, and had all the amenities you may need. Easy/ cheap Uber to downtown Bourbon street area, as well as the airport. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great!! I was worried when I saw that the neighbors had dogs but I didn’t hear them throughout the night! 10/10

Immaculate attention to detail! The Pelican house far exceeded our expectations for our weekend getaway. Jason was very attentive throughout our stay, even offering restaurant & activity recommendations for our family. The weather was perfect which allowed us to use the beautiful hot tub and enjoy the peaceful scenery along the water. Hope to come back and bring our boat next time to enjoy the convenience of the boat house just steps away.

Andrea has anticipated your every need. You will feel like you are at a 5 star resort. There is a stocked kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer, stove & dishwasher. It has everything you need to cook during your stay. If you are a shopper, theirs is a Walmart a couple miles away. If you want restaurants/bars they are several local ones to choose from without the crowds of NOLA. There is high speed internet and a smart TV. I stayed in a tiny house in Texas at a campground and this experience was very similar right down to the outside fire pit. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Andrea’s place.

Maryann and Chris have a fabulous little hideaway. The brick path to the cottage is a little tricky, especially in the dark or rain. The cottage is showing its age...everything works. The pool was not clean, BUT it's winter! Amazing value given the primo location! We would not have been this comfortable in a hotel/motel. Felt safe and secure. Thank you to our hosts. We will take them up on their offer to contact them again if we are ever in NOLA.

Had a fantastic stay here during the Super Bowl! Deek was incredibly communicative and responsive, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay with a great host!

I had the bachelorette weekend of my dreams in NOLA at The Dragonfly Inn. The house is perfect and Lore is such an amazing host. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay here with our kids -- nicely designed, well equipped, and very clean. Loved the layout, with kitchen and laundry downstairs and bedrooms and living room upstairs. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet we could walk to the St. Charles streetcar and Garden District in minutes. The nearby Rink has a cute cafe and bookstore, it was the perfect place to start our days before heading out on adventures.

Great location! Easy walk to a great park, shops, and restaurants. Quiet for sleeping at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s! Host was extremely responsive when we checked in to help us get settled with AC and wifi, and was super helpful before we arrived with local recommendations and check-in instructions. The spot was spacious and had everything we needed and was walking distance to great local cafes and City Park. Uber’s to other areas of the city were affordable so the location wasn’t a problem! Overall, really enjoyable experience and stay.

My family and myself really enjoyed this gem of a place. Great location from everything we had in mind. Exactly like the photos and description with nice recommendations inside. We would definitely stay again. Always found a place to park right in front of the home. We really enjoyed the private entrance.
