We love this place! Walking distance to the heart of St. Augustine, everything in the place was very nice, hosts were great, very friendly, quiet neighborhood. The casita in the back was great for a few people that wanted some privacy, overall highly recommend !

Julie's house is the best!! This is the second year we have stayed. it's only my husband and myself but you could definitely have a family and be very comfortable. The house even has a big game room with a ping pong table and darts!!! The best part is you are right across from the most beautiful, huge, powder white sand beach!

Wow!!! Just wow, this is a beautiful home a few miles from Downtown St. Augustine and is beyond comfortable. The home is pristine and well equipped for a luxurious stay, yes luxurious! Erik was very kind and a great communicator. And we loved that the home and yard are pet friendly. We will definitely return to this property when staying in St. Augustine! Excellent host!

Wonderful place to stay, I would come back in a heartbeat! He not only allowed us to bring all our wonderful dogs but he welcomed them! Felt right at home. Huge backyard with a great deck for the dogs to run around. Inside was clean and spacious with all that we needed to cook thanksgiving :)

We loved the house. We had space for each family to enjoy and a good space to all come together. The beach was nice just few minutes drive could walk but had some small kids. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rebook again. Janice Florida

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here There was everything you needed in the home . The house was nice clean and welcoming. We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

The house was just as described and pictured. The pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful. We had an amazing stay. Paul was helpful and responsive when we messaged him. Truly loved staying at his house.

We very much enjoyed our time at Larissa's place. The house had everything we needed. A well-stocked kitchen and lots of towels. It was a holiday weekend so we did not go out to eat- rather, we found a great seafood market and made dinner each night on the grill. We enjoyed time at the beach every day and the pool and hot tub in the afternoons and evenings. The yard is fenced and private and is great for the dogs. Thank you for sharing your peaceful place. We hope to visit again sometime!

My husband, little dog, and I loved the Southern Charmer! It was a great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We stayed at Pauline’s house next door last year for my birthday and I had stayed there another time with my husband’s sisters. Both houses are great and the location cannot be beat. Close to downtown but in a quiet residential area so it is very peaceful. The views from the Southern Charmer are beautiful. Pauline is a great host. Super responsive and accommodating.

Emmanuelle met us on day one and was super friendly and inviting. Her cottage is just what we needed. It allowed dogs (we have 3), it had a fenced in area where we could let them off lease and see the horses, and it had a beautiful walking/biking path very nearby. My only nit pick is that the bed is on the smaller size for two adults, but like it said, that’s nit picking. Otherwise, it is a perfect country getaway where you can connect with nature and is only 25-30 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.

Absolutely loved this home, and even extended my trip. Had everything I needed, it was comfortable. I was also very happy with how quickly the hosts responded no matter the time of day. The neighborhood was peaceful. There was also stores and restaurants near me. Definitely would book this place again!

A home away from home, indeed. This place has certainly exceeded our expectations from what was expected. The host was very clear in her instructions and left us without any doubts or questions about the property. The property contained every single detail to make one's stay feel at home, from the welcome package to the fine details of amenities. Our sincerest gratitude for such wonderful hospitality and the care taken to make our stay such a memorable one. We will definitely highly recommend.

The house was exactly as listed and just as cute as the pictures. The decor of this place is absolutely adorable. All of the rooms were spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Very thoughtful touches with the well stocked coffee bar. My kids drank hot cocoa day & night, while the husband and I enjoyed some coffee and hot tea in the mornings. There were other helpful extras like spare earplugs for those snoring spouses, spare toothbrushes in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours. All the beds were comfy, lines were nice and clean! The house literally has everything you need, we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The record player and board games were a nice touch. The location was nice as well since we were only about 10 or 15 minutes away from all the attractions we came there to visit! We would 1000% stay here again.

Great spot for a wedding nearby! Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and the location was clean and sizeable for a party of three.

Home away from home, host were incredibly friendly and helped us with local recommendation about fireworks that we were trying to see, very nice place to stay
