We love the Fabrice's place. It's a beautiful apartment close to the Venice train station. It has a perfect location because it's close to good restaurants and the canal.

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and couldn't take much of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and with good facilities. The mattress was great and good in size. There are some businesses and a large supermarket nearby. The hike to downtown is relatively short and enjoyable.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in the old town of Arquà Petrarca. We only stayed one night and therefore we could not try the various clubs in the country. Anna has provided us with a lot of useful guidance about Arquà and the area.

Pier Luigi's place is in a very quiet area and convenient to all amenities, upon our arrival we were greeted by Anna, Pier's partner, who was really kind and friendly. In the apartment we found all the comforts described, nothing was missing, the terrace with mountain views was also beautiful. My boyfriend and I had a really great time, it was like being at home. If there's an opportunity, we'll definitely be back! I recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

I really enjoyed my stay at Monica and Giuseppe's apartment. Everything was extremely clean, organized and spacious. Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. We enjoyed the location … walkable from train and walkable to the center of town. Easy to get coffee in the morning and convenient markets for drinks and snacks in the flat. Amelia and her dog coffee greeted us warmly upon arrival. Flat is clean and comfortable.

Elisabetta and Renato's property is more than perfect. It's not the "usual" b&b!! It is a very refined apartment, elegant, comfortable, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. And it is also embellished thanks to a well-kept outdoor area. The apartment shines for cleanliness. It is located in a very pleasant residential area and from there it is easy to reach the centers of interest of Padua on foot. Elisabetta and Renato are very friendly, kind and available to accommodate the requests of the guests. Also very available to facilitate check-in and check-out. Great experience, stay to remember. Andrea's place is ideal to feel at home, he takes care of making sure everything is perfect. On the day of entry I inform you of the time you will arrive to be waiting for you and give you all the information. The peacefulness, cleanliness and comfort are impeccable.

Loved everything about it Old World charm exactly what we were looking for

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Spent the few weeks here and I needed a “home away from home” while doing some work locally. Found this home to be the perfect option for me and Luisa was extremely welcoming! Will surely come back!

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Thank you Magdalena for the wonderful accommodation. The house was so peaceful and lovely with such nice neighbors. It was like being at home away from home. From the house you can easily walk to the nearby supermarket, multiple restaurants, bakeries, etc. Which Magdalena was nice enough to provide very detailed maps and information for. My dog also loved having the freedom to run around the in the garden and meet the neighbors dogs on both sides. Over all a very lovely experience.

We had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights and would happily come back. The location was great - walkable to everything within 10-15 minutes but far enough away that it was quiet at night. It was also a 5 min walk to the vaporetto stop (which we used a bit, but it’s easier and faster to walk most places). Having two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great for our group, and the living room was comfy for sitting around after a long day of exploring the city. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we ate at random cicchettis for lunch and several restaurants at night (would recommend Ristorante Al Vaporetto but not Trattoria Al Gazzettino), both close by. Communication from the hosts was also very good and they were very accommodating.

We were hesitant about staying on the Lido at first, worried it would be complicated to get to and from Venice, but it ended up being super nice! The boats were fast, frequent and easy to use, even late at night. Allesandro was a great host, always answering all of our questions and happy to help. The place itself was spacious and clean, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area. We drove to Venice and it was very nice to be able to park right next to the apartment for free in a safe neighborhood.

This is truly a hidden gem in Venice. Francesco, our main contact person assigned by Fabiola, was always available whenever assistance is required. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you Fabiola & Francesco!

We spent a week in November in Tonino and Anna's appartment. I can only chime in to the positive evaluation I have seen here before. The flat is comfortable and well equiped. It was quiet. Location was very convinient, easy to get to because it is close to the San Stae boat stop which is served by the public airport line. There are also nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. In particular, we liked the St. Jacomo square. Tonino made communication easy and greated us on arrival very friendly. We would definitively come again.

Impeccable stay in every way. The place is as described. I found it extremely functional and above all really clean and is equipped with all kinds of comforts, independent heating and air conditioning. I stayed in the winter and it was really hot, it felt very good. It's always a pleasure when you find these types of facilities. Surely if I had to go back to Treviso, she stayed there again. Emanuele, then, is a really courteous, kind and helpful person, as well as precise and punctual. I would recommend your place with my eyes closed for anyone in the Treviso area.

The flat is large, next to a bus stop from which you are in Venice in 20 minutes. There is a market next door so you have a fresh Cornetto for breakfast in a few minutes. Gel, shampoo, plenty of towels, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar.... All this for a good start. Only people who need quiet to sleep may have a problem, because in the morning you can hear the car traffic under the house. We would be happy to return there.
