The house has a beautiful, quiet view, especially from the private terrace where even in the heat days a pleasant breeze blew. The view from the pool is very beautiful and gives you a rich feeling. You have the top floor to yourself, downstairs Fred lives with his wife. She used the same pool but I felt like they deliberately stay away when we were in. They were friendly, helpful, present on request, but gave us space and kept back if we needed nothing. You do have to have a car to get the beach and supermarkets, but car is still needed to make trips. The rooms were spacious, and clean. The kitchen is not modern and a bit small but has the necessary things to reach meals. We usually ate outside the door, therefore I can't estimate what it's like to cook there all week. We are going to remember ours with Fred and his lovely wife for a long time as beautiful and serene Greek fairy tale. Thank you .

Very nice apartment with everything required for a short stay on Spetses ! Perfect location in town and excellent communication with the host. Everything was clean, despite a light smell of fuel or gaz coming from a room with a heating machine that should be kept closed. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this accomodation for a group of 4 or 5 people !

Our stay at the property was very pleasant ! The house accessible with all the beaches we wanted to visit , 10’ 15’ distance as well as under the house had a beach ! The distance to the center was just as 10’. The pool is crystal clear as K. Nikos always cared for the garden with perfection! Very pleasant and friendly person, we will definitely visit it again!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need thoughtfully provided, from snacks in the kitchen to toiletries like toothbrushes. The highlight was the stunning panoramic view of the marina and blue sky from the large balcony, which was just breathtaking. The place was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Giota, the host, was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We loved our time at this apartment, the location is amazing. The front balcony is looks out over the water, and had beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The host was very friendly and kind. Wi-fi was a bit inconsistent, but our host said its due to old infrastructure in the whole town.

We had a wonderful stay, Zois and her family were a very kind welcome, responsive when we needed anything and had attention for us during the stay! Ermioni is a real favorite, the house is ideally located, simple but very clean, we will come back! Thanks Zois!!!

The apartment was just like the photos. Very beautiful and it felt like home. Aggeliki helped this, of course, who was always willing to respond and help with everything we needed. The apartment was super clean and provided all the services listed. Close to many beaches either on foot or by car, shops , restaurants , supermarkets , bakeries . We'll go with it again!

Stayed at this beautiful apartment in the summer of '24, and I can confidently say it’s the best accommodation I've ever experienced in Greece. We've been vacationing in Greece for many years, but this place truly stands out. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this apartment wasn’t designed to be a rental. It’s a private family summer house nestled in a district filled with luxury villas and high-end real estate—so you can imagine the level of quality and exclusivity. Built in the 90s with top-notch materials, the apartment exudes a sense of understated luxury. Everything is exactly as described. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and fully equipped, perfect for any culinary endeavor. But the true gem of this place is the massive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. There’s nothing quite like enjoying the gentle breeze from the sea as you take in the stunning scenery. So, don't hesitate, book the moment you get the opportunity.

The apartment was lovely, clean (Spotless) and fresh. Μαρία was really nice, really nice to talk to and very friendly. Everything we needed was nearby. A couple of minutes walk into town with the boats in the harbour.

Our stay at Nikos and Aggeliki was very nice. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the entire spa offer because we were primarily in the area for climbing and only had a few days stay. If you want to relax from your stressful everyday life in quiet nature, this is the place to be. Nikos and Aggeliki are very warm and accommodating hosts, are well connected and always have a good tip or helpful contact.

Back "at Rafalias" but this time in the small old-furnished studio with its very sunny terrace area overlooking the garden. The only opening, the French door, keeps you cool on warm days. For those who prefer the window open at night and more brightness, prefer other studios. Always so charming with its garden planted with orange trees and other essences. Charming stop in Hydra and perfect welcome.

Andreas's home is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at, the pictures don't do it justice. A peaceful oasis in the middle of town, walking distance to everything. Andreas is very welcoming and made us feel at home right away, going out of his way to greet us, show us around and give us recommendations to local restaurants and sights. We are hoping to one day come back and stay for longer, we loved it so much! thank you Andreas for your hospitality :)

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is amazing; just a few steps from the beach and the local stores. Xenia and her father, Mr. Makis, are great hosts and there when you need them! Xenia's family made us feel really welcome. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits from their won garden were delivered to our door almost every day! We had a great stay and certainly will get back next summer and the summer after!
