Vacation rentals with a pool in Spanish Springs

This home is beautiful! Ian and Matt were very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. There’s plenty of space to spread out with your entire group. Loved the outside of the home as well! Whether it was the front gaming area, the pool(that unfortunately we didn’t get to use because of the time of year) or the back yard with ample seating and anniversary view of the city below. We will certainly be reaching out next time we’re in town. Thank you for having us!

I had absolutely fantastic stay at Kathy place! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The accommodation was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - close to Midtown and not a far drive to Tahoe, quiet and peaceful, great view of mountains and lots of trees. Kathy was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed and going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you, Kathy for being such a wonderful host!

The stay was great. It was actually better than what we expected. The location was great close to everything we wanted to see. The check in was easy and the service was great. Jeff in front remembered us the next day. It felt very good. The suite was spacious enough for our kids. They loved it. It even has a washer and drier which helped so much with my toddler who is still potty training. It was a wonderful experience. Lori was great and quick to answer us. Great host.

Our stay at Jan's place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed having the living room area that hotels lack, and the Murphy bed and kitchen was nice to have as well for cooking breakfast, etc. Highly recommend.

We stayed five weeks. We were there for medical reasons. The unit is well located, minutes from all major medical facilities, minutes from a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls. Lots of younger people in building that is very close to the university. The building is older, and all the tenants/residents we met were very friendly. The unit is very well maintained and equipped with all the necessities of home. We are looking forward to staying there again when we return to Reno for the next round of medical procedures.

Grant was a great host. I would recommend him and his place to anyone wanting a great place with a great owner. Thanks again.

Lauri was awesome she met us early and checked us in went over everything about the place and if we needed anything was just a call away great host.the unit was clean and in a perfect location to everything in walking distance casinos and circus circus for the kid. For the price I’d highly recommend.

this place was awesome. the amenities was crazy over the top of any I've ever stayed in and the master bedroom was like a small home, all in it self. it was worth every penny and I hope it's available next time I stay in reno. its my new favorite home away from home
