We had a family gathering. The house was perfect for us. Really comfortable and plenty of room for us all. The location was perfect, with the beach on the doorstep and a short walk to shops. We all had a lovely weekend

The house was gorgeous and such a high standard. Eachensuite bathroom looked brand new, and the whole place was just beautiful! Would absolutely recommend and stay agai .

Had an incredible stay. The house is stunning with amazing views of the sea from the lovely living area and upstairs bedroom. Beth left us eggs, butter, bread and orange juice which was a lovely touch.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

A wonderful stay! Both Marianne and Rob were fantastic hosts and the hut was very cosy with a spectacular view and beach access. We’ll definitely recommend it. The beautiful secluded beach is a real knockout. Marianne & Rob were so helpful and friendly - but left us to our privacy. Strong recommend from us.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. Thank you Alexis (and Terry) for a fabulous stay! We really enjoyed spending some quality time in the annex alongside some time at places nearby. Such a beautiful annex with everything you need, from towels, bed linen, coffee/tea, pasta, brioche, butter, milk - all sorts! You can even buy their own homemade produce! A very special touch to receive a gift as this was for our Mini-moon! 💕 Our first printed photo in a frame, a box of chocolates, small bottle of sparkling rosé, some balloons, and even a welcome sign. Friendly hosts, brilliant communication, and a fabulous taste in music (Pavarotti) - I hope the men enjoyed their time in Germany. We hope to be back to celebrate on of our many anniversaries to come! Love Emma & Nathen xx

Great place, Kim was lovely and very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything.

Lovely apartment close to all amenities. No parking outside but the public car park was 2 minutes away. Great area with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and Anna left us a very nice bottle of wine! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

A really lovely flat in a beautiful location. I have stayed before with family but went back again as it was so nice. Karen is a great host, very easy to contact and shares all the information needed. Will definitely return!

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

I booked this for my engineers who are working in the area & they were very happy with it. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely delightful spot and very comfortable accommodation with a very pretty private garden. Lovely walks on tap in countryside and to the beach. Perfect for two and a dog!

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We have had a wonderful week end , the apartment was beautiful and the view amazing . There is everything you need within walking distance so no car needed . Just a perfect place to reset and relax . Booked again for May !!

Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

Excellent stay for work at Goodwood event. Plenty of parking outside and the house has got everything we needed. Very peaceful location and great host.

lovely spacious clean flat, about 8 mins walk to beach. local shops/ mini supermarkets couple of minutes walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely small outdoor area with seating and bbq. Responsive host.

This is such a lovely apartment, in an amazing location. It was clean and welcoming with easy parking. The large beds were so comfy and there was so much space for us and the dog. The little touches really make the difference like fresh flowers in the vases, and the welcome hamper for the dog were so appreciated. I wish we could have stayed longer, it was exactly what we needed and I really hope we will be back soon!
