Vacation rentals in Southesk Parish

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays for sure! The cottage has many cool quirks and is surprisingly very large and roomy with a huge kitchen. Darlene met us with cookies and stories about the long and varied history of this place. There is even a storybook written by "the cottage" itself! The Metepenagiag Heritage Park and museum was our favorite thing to visit nearby and I've already ordered my Maud Lewis art print calendar after seeing the wonderful display on the cottage walls.

Angela’s house is just as you see it in the pictures. The beach is great and literally in your backyard! The sunsets are incredible. The house is massive with a big kitchen ideal for groups and big families. The house is very well equipped and furnished with a thought for every detail to feel at home. It actually feels like a friends home you would have borrowed, that’s how homey it feels. The only downside like other comments mentioned are the bloody mosquitoes who will eat you alive after 5.00pm. It might have been nice to have a protected outdoor area. Also, if you’re picky with the taste of water, this one tastes a little bit like lake water. We had a great stay at Angela’s and we would all highly recommend the place to friends and family!

This place was absolute perfection. So peaceful and serene. Such a great cozy spot, beautiful views and the spa is a perfect added touch. The pups and us loved every second of our time here. The hosts were very friendly and wonderful to deal with! We’ll certainly be back!

Place is very clean, has more than everything you need, very cozy and homey stay. Roger was very quick and easy to communicate with, even allowed me to stay an extra night due to some last minute changes on my end, free of charge. Highly recommend! Perfect Location to DownTown:)

This is our 3rd visit to Drift Inn and we love it! So cozy , clean, everything you need is there and you ate close to anything you need ! Loved the upgrade to fire pit which wasn't like this when we were last there it definitely is an added feature! We will be booking again through summer! Thanks for everything

My family and I stayed two nights and had the best time. Joe had everything we needed. We stayed over thanksgiving weekend so we could go fishing, cooked a turkey and didn’t have to leave our pup home with a sitter. Beautiful property, so peaceful and my daughter loved the fire pit. I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and peaceful place to stay. Candace's cottage is beautiful! Great spot to stay if you are in BDV.

We've had a fantastic weekend! It's a very quiet area with amazing beach and great fishing - we couldn't ask better for catching up! Jenn was fantastic, always responsive and helpful!
