Cabin vacation rentals in Southern Maine Coast

This was the second time that our group had stayed at Aqeel’s chalet, and it is the perfect place for a group to get together for a weekend of skiing. The group that stayed before us had informed Aqeel that the dishwasher hadn’t been working properly and he informed us of this a week prior to our arrival which was appreciated so that we could make arrangement for feeding 10 guests in the home and managing dishes. He is very proactive and communicative and it’s very appreciated!

The cabin was great for a cozy weekend in! In our first night it snowed which really added to the ambiance. We loved using the hot tub, but our favorite thing overall was all of the cozy blankets! I’ll be looking to get one of them for my own home- such a great stay 😊

What a perfect romantic getaway! Private, cozy, and full of amenities. We love using the sauna, hot tub, and relaxing by the fire at night. Christian was very communicative and helpful making sure we were all set. Can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend. We loved the fire place, whirlpool with lights and watching the stars and of course the surroundings. We went for a walk on the lake! Can only recommend that place.

Even before we arrived, Katie and Christian really made us feel comfortable and prepared for our stay. They communicated with us, gave us local suggestions, and promptly provided check in information and details. We had an incredible stay at their place in West Paris, Maine. It was relaxing, tranquil, and beautifully set on the mountain side overlooking the landscape. Every amenity was exactly how we envisioned it -and we particularly loved the hot tub. Katie and Christian were both readily available by text/call during our stay in case we had any issues or questions. We are thankful to them for such a great stay celebrating our honeymoon. We will certainly return for our anniversary! Thank you guys!

This place is the Awesome! this stay was our 3rd time returning from mass and it never fails we will be back again for a 4th. Christina and David pull out all the strings and make sure you and your family are well accommodated, if you have any questions they respond very quickly and are very pleasant. there is so much to do at the chalet and if you don't like staying in , relax in the hottub or take a drive to N.Conway which is close by and offers plenty of places to go and see . Make sure you go to zebbs general store it is Me and my families favorite. you can not go wrong at this chalet. we lost power for one of the nights and didn't even mind as we had heat from the stove in the living room and plenty of board and house games to play (even my 9 year old daughter didn't mind the power outtage- no wifi or anything but no complaints out of her means that house is all you need ! lol don't miss out on this gem

We had a great weekend with a blended family of young adults! There was hiking and visiting family also visiting while there! Great space and location!

This was our third stay at Dogtown cabin and we hope it’s not our last! We were iced/snowed in all week, but we had our pup, plenty of food, tea, and books. I can’t think of a better place to be “stuck.” The cabin is so comfortable and our guide (Azore) arrived each day to accompany us and our dog on walks in the beautiful woods. Delightful. Thanks for a great visit!

Love this little cabin! Truly a home away from home.

Sean was a responsive host. He sent clear instructions about check-in, how to get there, and all the amenities (WiFi, Netflix, grill, firewood, emergencies, and more). In addition, the bed was very comfortable and spacious and there was lots of cooking equipment. The views outside were stunning and the stars at night a must see! The only con we had was the shampoo, conditioner (small 2-1 in bottles) and small body soap. Recommend you bring your own if you’re particular! Overall, a wonderful stay

Our weekend at the cabin was pure magic! Exceeded our expectations. Everything was as it looks in the beautiful social media Reels/photos. Basically, straight out of a Hallmark movie. Cassouki was wonderful - accommodating and communicative, even though we didn't need anything because everything was clear and easy to access! The location was prime. An easy drive to North Conway restaurants, cafes and shopping as well as Cranmore mountain. We will be back next winter, for sure! 10/10 recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the cozy grizly cabin! It was in the best location for me and my hosts were responsive and welcoming. The quiet road was great for walking the pup and the place had everything I needed. The stairs to the loft may be steep and tight for some people, but that was fine for my crew. I'll be back!

We had a great stay at Jan's cabin. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed fires in the wood stove each day. Getting snow while we were there was icing on the cake. The location couldn't have been better... it's just a few miles from North Conway so you can take advantage of all the restaurants. It's only a few miles from Bartlett, where we enjoyed snowmobiling. Nestlenook Farm is also close by if you enjoy sleigh rides, ice skating or snowshoeing. Communication with Jan was really quick. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

My partner and I had a great fall getaway here with our dog this past weekend. The cabin is surrounded by trees with beautiful fall color. The cabin was warm and cozy with the heater on, and it was easy to cook inside. We had great time sitting near the fire pit outside, and walking along the lovely trail to the dock. Emily and Matthew were also easy to communicate.

We had an amazing week at Steve's place. The cove is spectacular and it's a great place to unwind and connect with nature. We were even treated to the birth of two loonlettes during our stay! Steve is very responsive and kind. We will definitely head back again.

My husband and I had a great 3-night stay at Liz’s cabin. It was an enchanting place to spend a rainy long weekend with all the warmth and coziness that one would want from a cabin in the woods. As others have noted, the location is superbly private and relaxing! We loved sitting by the fire, having our morning coffee on the enclosed porch and walking the pond-side trails right outside the front door. The cabin makes for a great jumping-off point, too, for lots of great things to explore in the midcoast including Odd Ale Wives, Oxbow Brewing and some great eats in Damariscotta. We really enjoyed our time. Liz and her husband were awesome hosts.

Place was exactly as described - adorable house. We had a great time staying at the house. Lovely walk down to the water with SUPs and life jackets available. Owners provided bathroom amenities we weren't expecting and was a nice surprise. Binder with instructions was easy to read and understand. Host was proactive in messaging us important information.

If you are looking for a perfect Waldenesque retreat for a few days THIS IS IT. Perfect for those who appreciate the beautiful quiet of life on a marine estuary, who are looking to camp-glamp without intrusion, yet also not ready for a truly remote location (you can get to the charming town of Bath in 15 minutes!). I sincerely hope to return.

We loved staying in the Papa Bear cabin for the weekend! The cabin itself was so cozy and cute. Super clean! And had all of the amenities you could ever need. The location is perfect - right in the center of town! Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, cute stores, etc. Loon Mountain is less than a mile down the road, with a shuttle that picks you up directly across the street. We decided not to snowboard this time, but we still took the gondola for a ride to the summit. The views were beautiful and they have a little cafe at the top for some hot chocolate. We also visited the Ice Castles while we were there (so fun!), and it was only an 8 minute drive from the cabin! Christina was so friendly and responsive! She gave us clear check-in instructions ahead of time. She lives on the property, so if we needed anything she was right there! A perfect little getaway! We are hoping to make it an annual trip! If you are considering a trip to Lincoln, look no further!! Thank you Christina!
