Really lovely Melbourne house. Beautifully presented, fully equipped. Quality furnishings and kitchen/dining equipment. Beautifully modernized. Great bathrooms. Great location near trams, cafes restaurants, South Melbourne Market etc. Hosts were great and very responsive to our questions and requests. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, stylish house in this lovely area of Melbourne.

Kali’s house in Fitzroy feels like you are really staying in someone’s home. If you like that sense of belonging to an area, this is a great place to stay. Very close to parks if you have a dog, which was fantastic and walkable to the city. I would happily recommend to anyone coming to Melbourne for a short or long stay. X

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a good position a short walk to the sea front with restaurants , bars etc and also the shopping area . The bus stop is just a few minutes away and connects to the train station for easy access into the city. We enjoyed the outside courtyard which was a peaceful place to relax. The owners contacted shortly after our arrival to see if everything was ok and replied quickly to any e mails.

It's a lovely, clean house that offers excellent privacy. They thoughtfully provide toys and other entertaining activities for both children and adults. Ali is an excellent communicator.

Extremely happy with this stay, the high ceilings, artworks and most of all the extremely comfortable bed! Chris and the cleaning team were so helpful with getting the house cleaned far sooner than the original check in time. This was a massive relief for us after a dreadful redeye flight to Melbourne and a wedding on the same day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lovely place! Location is amazing, great place close to shops and trams. Apartment is nice and clean. Great for kids, many toys. Christine is a perfect host and easy to contact. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment across the road from St. Kilda beach. Walking distance to everything. Really nicely decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Catherine had left a thoughtful package with wine, cheese and biscuits, granola and chocolate digestives. We enquired about where to buy some beach chairs and Catherine very thoughtfully brought us her own for us to use during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had 3 nights at Lanie’s while in Melbourne attending the Australian Open. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location was great, very quiet and a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. Thanks Lanie for a great experience at your place.

The holiday home was absolutely fantastic! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lina was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful, making our trip even better. Apart from a few issues which Lina attended to promptly, I highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

A great location for gathering with a larger group. Very comfortable and relaxed even in such a grand setting. The listing is accurate but the floor plan image is not up-to-date with the rooms available for use.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!
