Great place to stay whilst visiting Warhammer World and the City Centre. Easy to find, great food and shops nearby. Easy to get around. Comfy and well equipped flat with plenty of room. John's communication amd recommendations were great. Thank you - would definitely recommend and book again if we're coming back. ☺️

The apartment was perfect for a weekend in Nottingham. It is well placed near the city centre and an easy Uber/taxi ride into the city centre. The space is great for a small group/family with great facilities and amenities. Kay was very communicative and proactive in reaching out to give instructions and answer questions - thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were so welcoming and caring. They brought us toys and books for our young daughter and were a wealth of information about what to go for hikes, playgrounds, site seeing. The location is great and there is so much to do in the area. Would highly go to recommend.

Beautiful lodge in a quiet surrounding just perfect to chill for a few days. Excellent very well maintained little extra made this well worth the money, though we didn’t see our hosts and this is most definitely not a negative as we prefer that we also knew that if there was anything me required or needed they were on hand. Highly recommended.

Stepan was a great host, always very helpful and communicative. He clearly takes pride in this apartment, everything was brand new and well maintained. The apartment itself is exactly as described, the shower is super powerful and the mattress really comfy. The only thing is, you can hear the neighbours coming and going in the hallway so pack some earplugs if this would bother you. The location is excellent, a one minute walk off the high street, 7 mins from train station with a few cute cafes nearby. I stayed for 9 weeks and was very happy.

The photos look great however, they really do not do the property any justice, its so much more amazing Stunning, beatifully restored, large high celing flat, literally in the very best location in Wirksworth. The front looks directly in to the town main square where a lot of the pubs and restaurants are located. The back looks directly onto St Marys church was built in 1272 ! The Windows in the property are floor to celing sash windows, with beatiful curtains in all rooms. If you ever sell this property, I’d buy it without hesitation. Best airbnb I have stayed in !!!

Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

We booked Karl’s property for a little getaway for the weekend (actually our fur baby’s 10th birthday) & we honestly couldn’t have dropped luckier! Perfect home, very doggo friendly 🐾 (safe to let her out in the courtyard without being able to escape!). It was one of the most unique and stunning Airbnb’s we’ve ever had! Walkable to shops, park, pubs (the Sunn inn does great food), book shops etc. everywhere is also dog friendly! ☺️ would 100% stay again!

This flat in Duffield was perfect for my few days away. The parking is a bit of a nightmare as others have described; very tight indeed. But I parked on the road. The flat was spotless and had everything I needed! The shower head is quite low, so if you’re tall you will need to hold it to rinse etc, but totally manageable for a few nights! Also as a warning the bed is VERY low! So if you’re likely to struggle with that it may not be the flat for you, but then it’s clearly a loft apartment up a flight of stairs. Overall I would definitely return here and 100% recommend it!

a lovely place to stay, perfect for 1 person (though would fit two people). the host very kindly messaged prior to mention they supplied milk, butter + bread, noticed I was vegan and provided alternatives! there was tea + coffee provided, plus lots of seasonings and condiments in the cupboards should you need. comfortable bed, clean + tidy space and perfect for a 3 day trip. would definitely recommend :)

it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was well maintained and had everything there for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was very helpful with all the instructions too and checking in as well. The best part was that being right in the middle of city centre made it a perfection apartment to stay at with friends and family.

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.

beryl was such a lovely host, kept us updated and so friendly and helpful. the apartment was really nice and had everything. there was milk, tea coffee, biscuits, cereal all for us to use which was so nice. the outside space was fantastic, bbq loads of seating, sealed area for the fog to run around. everything was above expectations. we will definitely stay again when in the area

Katherine has a lovely place. She owns the cafe below and breakfast there is fantastic. The coffee and the cakes are delicious. We stayed for two nights because we had a wedding nearby and Katherine gave us a lift. She is a very friendly kind person. The place is exactly as you can see in the photos: beautiful, clean and cosy. The place where it is located is stunning. If we ever come back, we would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was decorated so nicely. It was cosy, very clean and really close to the town centre. We did struggle initially to find it, but Marcus had provided some instructions which were really helpful. We would definitely stop here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It has everything you need. We had a toddler and a baby and there was plenty of space for a travel cot in either bedroom. The location is perfect, a short walk to the centre of town but the property itself and particularly the garden feels very tranquil. Gareth and Charlotte were very responsive to messages and we saw them a few times during our stay when coming and going but not at all intrusive. Overall it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay again next time we come to Buxton. Thank you.

We loved our stay at this wonderful home! Clare and Dave were incredibly communicative and really helpful with suggestions around Buxton, including a number of great restaurants, cafes and pubs that we tried during our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and cosy; brilliantly located a short drive from a number of great walks in the Peak District. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be heading back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed, and we loved the decor. Very good size rooms, and the bath and shower were really good. We had a drink at the cinema next door, and enjoyed a great meal at Casa Carlo. We'd not recommend the Hope & Anchor. Great walking (we did have fantastic weather).

Liz and Tom were great hosts. They left you to yourself but were always available to help if and when required. Very knowledgeable and informative about the area and were a lovely couple. Thanks very much

Convenient in the center of Burton, with stores across the street and good parking. Well appointed, modern apartment with laundry. A welcome, easy stay in the middle of a long business trip.

Unfortunately we had a family emergency and were unable to stay but what we did see was amazing! The perfect little getaway!

Lovely peaceful venue, but be sure you follow James and Shani's directions, not your satnav, because my definitely tried to send me the wrong way! Very quiet and nicely appointed space, perfect for my needs.
