Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in South Venice

Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We had a great stay at Denise's plave at th Burns Court suites! The apartment style suite was ideal for what we were looking for. The location was perfect. You could walk to the waterfront in one direction and to the downtown area in another. There were lots of boutiques, restaurants and plenty to do! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with Gertrude Rentals for our babymoon. Our unit was on the bayside, but it was a nice walk to the beach. The instructions for everything were easy to follow and thorough. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t use the pools, but they would have been convenient to use. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals on one day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the private beach with chairs and lounge chairs provided. All of the amenities made our stay so easy and fun.

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at Venice Towers. The residents are extremely friendly and the staff is very helpful. The facility is quiet and clean and we will definitely be returning for another visit in the future. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay very much. Suzette was very responsive to our needs. This was a beach vacation for us and she did have the beach chairs and umbrella that we needed. The pool at the complex was a plus. Siesta Key is approximately a 15 minute drive. We also explored Anna Maria Island from here. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

This condo was SO clean and absolutely perfect for our stay with gulf views and all the amenities you could need for a week’s stay! I would definitely stay here again. For anyone interested in booking this condo, don’t hesitate for a second. I will be truthful that if going during spring break time you should be prepared for loud college kids in nearby condos who don’t have much respect for those trying to sleep at 11:00, but we knew this going into our trip since we’ve been to Siesta Key before during spring break. That is not the fault of Jennifer though or her place. It is the perfect spot for a beach vacay, and I’d definitely visit again!

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

This is our second year of staying here. Our hosts were very helpful and even left us little treats to welcome us. We arrived on November 8th, 2024. Weeks prior to arrival, they kept us updated on the progress of Hurricane cleanup. Their home is the perfect location. You can enjoy the ocean just across the street or the pool and hot tub with a view of the channel. Their home is clean and includes so many items that would need on this vacation. They were always willing to answer our questions as well as suggestions to make our trip even better. We feel perfectly at home here and can't wait to return next year.

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

Excellent condo. Great location, very well kept and spotless, and responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay on Siesta Key.

Couldn’t ask for a spot closer to the beautiful beach, we could hear the waves from the condo! Quiet, family-friendly with a great pool. Condo had a great kitchen space and was accommodating for 2 adults and our 2 kids.

Jeff & Lyn were great! Always extremely responsive and house was perfect with a fantastic pool and hot tub setting. Highly recommend for kids with the play area and fenced in pool. Only 15 minutes from siesta key. Our entire stay was amazing.

The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

Great house & host! House was beautiful as pictured, very clean & smelled AMAZING! Host was very friendly and responsive. Beds/ pillows were extremely comfortable & the showers were luxurious! We would definitely stay here again. The house is right next to a busy street that was somewhat loud; however, it is close to many things to do! Some of our favorites were dinner at “Gather”, a walk at the 4 mile ecological trail, brunch at Barunch, and an evening in downtown fort Myers!

We loved our stay at the Longboat Key Beach House. The home was spacious and comfortable, and a great location - short walk to the beach and close to several restaurants. Also, truly appreciate Debbie & Dave’s efforts to rehab the home - fantastic job!

Great host, Josh was very responsive making it easy to get questions answered! That alone goes a long way, beautiful place with enough space. I would book here again.
