The place is very great, beyond expectation. It's clean, and completed with many amenities, so we don't have to worry much about staying.

Very worth the price! So close to lots of restaurants, easy to get to Jakarta central! The location was very perfect for me as I was able to visit a lot of malls and also enjoyed the long car rides there. The apartment itself is a studio! It's great for one person however when I had friends over it was difficult, it's quite small. So I wouldn't recommend bringing more than 3 people. The host is very responsive, the apartment is so clean, the laundromat and grocery store is very accessible downstairs and the pool on level 2 is great! You can also eat food with your friends on the second floor

Kak Anto was a great host! super flexible and responsive even though I had to change my date of stay, everything is very well instructed and it was a nice stay, there was minimart surrounding the area too, super convenient! P.S. I really like the main bedroom concept where the bed is ascending area from the floor and it has wooden flooring space in between! once again thank you so much! it was nice to stay here during the short trip!

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

It’s such a nice and great house! The house is really clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the house with my family for 3 weeks and honestly it was such a great experience. Mr. Abdul is such a great person too and fast response with everything that I’ve needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a large space or looking for a long term stay since its really affordable. Lastly, I would definitely book this house again in the future!

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. Not only was the place decorated beautifully, but it was also super easy to access the mall and a great place to stay in passar minggu. The host was super friendly and quick to respond and gave me recommendations for local eats when I asked for them. I also find the included washing machine super useful. I would definitely come back again when I stay at passar minggu again!
