My stay at Ahmed‘s Cosmos Camp in Abu Galoum was incredible. A perfect place to relax, enjoy a special and nice atmosphere, and just let this magical oasis have its effect on body, mind and soul. Ahmed is an awesome host. He holds the space here in a remarkable way. A very interesting and experienced human being with such a straightforward character. Communication with him from the point of booking the stay was perfect. He also gave great support to organize the transfers to and from Abu Galoum. While having certain delays and cancellations during my travel, he was so accommodating, supportive and everything went with an ease. I loved the food, my room and the whole place! Definitely a place to come back to. Happy to have met him and his lovely son.

Exactly as it looks! Great location near the lighthouse. Very authentic place with a special atmosphere, beautiful decor, and friendly staff. Super quiet during Ramadan as there were no other guests. I definitely recommend this time of the year. Last but definitely not least, I got upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony (with a mountain view🤩) with no extra fee🥰. I absolutely love the place!

You should stay to Ahmed's place at least 3 nights for living the true experience of being in raw contact with nature, back to the basic. You will appreciate the beauty of a simple life, understanding that all the superfluous material things are useless for your happiness. You'll be in a hut in front of the sea: coral reef waiting for you. Three relaxing areas for chilling or working. Mobile phone internet works perfectly as hotspot. I brought a lot of food with me; but it's not necessary since Ahmed will be glad to provide you food for all the meals with his fully equipped kitchen. You can workout with weights or play volleyball. Definitely mandatory anti mosquito spray for the night + something against flies for day time (+ earplugs waves sound could disturb you at night). You'll have electricity in your accommodation.

the quality price accommodation is incredible, and the host is always willing to help I look for us at the bus station and helped us by printing our boarding passes. the truth that I felt very comfortable and the place has an incredible garden!!!!

I stayed here for one month and really enjoyed! The accommodation como on area is always clean. The staff are friendly. There are everyday event so you can find friends even if you come here alone. The everyday breakfast is good! I’m thinking to come back here again:) Thank you !

A great place and amazing host! Mahmoud was very friendly and accommodating, for example providing me with an extra duvet. He also guided me to a local laundry service and also showed me another one of his properties should I want to stay another time for longer. The place is perfectly ideal for a single traveller with everything walkable nearby. A firm mattress which I like. The only significant external noise being opposite the mosque so you will certainly hear the call to prayer Overall you can’t go wrong staying here

Great stay! Good vibes. Highly recommend to anyone coming to dahab who wants to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk!
