Vacation rentals in South Ponte Vedra Beach

I've been waiting to do a review for Syd and Leslie's place. This place is wonderful and the hosts were/are very responsive and showed they cared for their home and the renters. They approved us to stay longer on check-out day because of a late flight and was very accommodating. Leslie texted me while we were on our way to the airport to thank us for taking such great care of everything and to have a safe trip. Shows me she really cares about people. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 grandkids. The pool and pool area are great. The pictures do not do it justice. There were a BBQ/ games/pool toys/beach toys, etc. for our use. The house is in a beautiful location right on the canal and it is fully equipped for all your needs for the stay. Even during out stay I reached out to Leslie and she responded immediately. I cannot say enough good things about our stay other than we're planning to stay again next year and maybe for two weeks this time. Thank you, Syd and Leslie!!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

A slice of heaven for the week. We would definitely return to Inga's beautiful beach house. We already recommended it to our family and friends! The location is great. Quiet community and within minutes to beach, and about 10 mins. to the Publix grocery store. The St. Augustine historic center is about 20 minutes away. Inga is quick to respond and adequately communicated. The home is spotless and well appointed with all you need for a comfortable and memorable reprieve. Thank you!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was top-notch, from the immaculate accommodations to the thoughtful amenities. The Jacuzzi was such a fun and relaxing touch, and the short walk to the beach made it even more special. Saint Augustine’s beauty was all around us, with incredible sights just minutes away. This was the perfect spot for our family’s special celebration, marking my mother-in-law’s 79th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Keri was very helpful and responsive. Her place is perfect! The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was not crowded at all and one day I had it all to myself! This is definitely a place I would come back to.

crescent Beach is away from the spring break crowds and super close to st. augustine. tip drive down to butler Beach and park instead of taking the walking park. while the walking path was easy, it seemed just as easy to take short drive to the beach with parking right next to the walkway to the beach. highly recommend if you saw not looking for crowds and paid parking :)

We had an amazing stay at Zak’s place and would absolutely give it 5 stars! The location was unbeatable super walkable to everything we wanted to do, which made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was such a treat and the perfect way to relax after a long day. Zak was incredibly friendly and available throughout our entire stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond. You can tell he really cares about creating a great experience for his guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
