If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would. First of all, what a beautiful Air BnB, in an idyllic setting, close to lots of different Cotswolds villages such as Chipping Camden and Broadway as well as only a 30 minute drive from Bourton-on-the-Water. The Lodge was spotless and decorated beautifully. One of the best beds we’ve had in an air BnB-so comfortable! There’s a lovely little community shop and cafe a walkable distance from the Lodge that has a great selection of toiletries, groceries and sweet treats! Sue, the host, was absolutely wonderful. Absolutely lovely lady who was so helpful and friendly. The hamper that was provided was beyond generous, filled with lots of treats! We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

From first booking, to first interaction and throughout my 2 week stay with Ben and Frances, the whole stay was simply fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, loads of help offerred, responsive, flexible with everthing and just a delight to rent from. That the rental space itself was simply everything I could have wished for, made this a fantastic fortnight. I’ll absolutely be looking to rent when back in the UK in the future!

We had a really comfortable stay at your place! The location was good, the room was clean and cozy. The host was also friendly and responsive, so there was no inconvenience at all during my stay. Good location with easy access to centre of Oxford by a regular bus service. Annex had everything we needed for a weekend stay and was clean and well maintained. We didn't get to meet the hosts but had clear instructions for check-in and a message on day 2 to check that all was ok with the our accomodation. Would recommend as ideal for a city break.

Lovely, clean, bright and spacious apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Good bus services into Oxford and we were able to park at the apartment throughout our stay. Communication with Tom was excellent, he was able to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommended, thank you Tom.

It was a last minute decision to “escape” for a few days and this beautiful apartment and local area certainly enabled us to do so. The apartment is of a high standard, more than fully equipped and was extremely comfortable. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated too. Gabriella’s information was the most detailed we have ever had from an owner and meant that we settled in very quickly. Our operatives liked this property, no issues upon checking in and they had a comfortable stay. Only note they mentioned to me was the area to park was a squeeze for our work van, other than that no issues at all.

We had a wonderful stay, bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and lovely clean modern bathrooms. Great for a reunion of old friends. The position of the house was perfect to visit Stratford Upon Avon being only 10 minute walk to the river, restaurants and attractions.

We had a pleasantly comfortable, warm and satisfying stay at this 2.5 bed + 2.5 bathroom house! The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, washing machine + drier and a large fridge. The hosts are one of the best in business and I have often stayed at their other properties as well and this one although doesn’t has the charm of a beautiful neighbourhood but is modern and almost Scandinavian in it’s choice of furnishings & interiors. Great TV, minimalist furniture, very good showers, 2 parking bays with one having a Tesla Charger were all plus points and I would totally recommend this place for a group of up to 4-5 people. There’s a decent backyard as well which we couldn’t use due to extremely cold weather but would be a big boon for someone travelling in summers! All in all, we had a wonderful stay 😁

Very comfortable and spacious home. We all got a great night’s sleep. Beautiful kitchen was pleasant to cook in. Washer and separate dryer were most welcome. Starter groceries and fresh flowers made us feel right at home. We particularly appreciated Kate’s restaurant recommendations. She also left lots of information for local attractions. We wish we could have stayed longer and would gladly stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Amber’s lovely home. She and her husband both were super friendly and accommodating. The beds were super comfy, bathrooms were neat, clean, good toiletries with fresh towels. Kitchen was well equipped and the yard was nice and green. Dining table was great ! We absolutely loved the cosy living room, where we really enjoyed sitting in dim lights on the comfy sofa after a long day of sightseeing. Car park spot was super helpful. If you have small kids, there is a playground right across. You can also get food delivered. There is a Tesco express 5 mins by drive, which was quite convenient. Center of town is less 10mins by car. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

Lovely homely stay after a day working at a show. Bill was very communicative when the shower wouldn't work and it was fixed really quickly. Very impressed.

I stayed at Neil's home for 5 nights. The apartment was really great, had everything you need, the apartment is looked after extremely well in a very nice location, very private and able to make it you own, would highly recommend if staying in the area. Thanks Neil's for the accommodation, I had a great stay.

Emma and Nigel are super kind and friendly - we arrived late in the evening and they were flexible with us arriving late. The accommodation is really cozy, clean and we felt right at home! The interior is really well designed, I was particularly a fan of their turquoise kettle and toaster. Plus they also have a beautiful and cute dog Lara!

Tara and Lee's flat is located in a lovely town not so far from the city of Aylesbury where you can find anything you need, various supermarkets and stores. Waddesdon is surrounded by a large green area with many trees and fields, ideal for running or walking. The flat is over the description made by its owners, it's simply perfect, well studied in every detail, well furnished with whatever you need. Large spaces, well illuminated and comfortable. Tara and Lee are very professional hosts because they took care of us and our needs although we didn't meet them. We had good communication. We definitely suggest Tara and Lee's flat to all families or groups of friends who want to spent some days in tranquillity but not far from many cities we visited like Oxford, Cambridge and London itself. We also planned some days in the Cotswold area where many lovely small towns are worth of visiting.

My stay was excellent, comfortable and smooth. Petra was such a lovely host, I only wish i met her in person to tell her this myself. She communicated so well. I would highly recommended and plan on coming back

The accommodation was very clean and well presented. It was an ideal location for us to Visit family. The location is good on outskirts of Coventry.

The best place I've stayed, everything you could need and more, beautiful place, plenty of parking, supercomfy superking bed, excellent shower, everything you need in the kitchen, comfy lounge area and a beautiful garden, I can highly recommend this place and I will be returning when I'm next in the area

Jilly and David were brilliant hosts. From the moment we booked, they were really responsive to any questions and gave great directions. They were so welcoming when we arrived and, when we saw the apartment, it was perfect for us.
