Stay in our two bed family home with a garden and a cat. We are the heart of St George, East Bristol with great transport links to the rest of Bristol. As well as the Bristol to Bath cycle path just by our local park. We have some lovely nature just in our doorstep. St George’s park which is great for kids as well as for catching the evening sun. Conham river park is also just round the corner. Our local high street has lovely bars, restaurants and cafe as well as plenty more nearby.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We have a spare room in our lovely 3 bedroomed house. The house is in excellent condition, with a large garden and patio area. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of on street parking. As a family we all work in the healthcare sector, working shifts, (inc. night shifts) so someone that will respect that would be preferred. We are close to bus and rail links, and not far from the centre of Bristol.

Similarly we are close to the airport and can arrange airport travel if needed for £15per trip . Barbecue and hot tub is for all guests. Similarly you have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen and dining area off the patio in the main house. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, double oven, grill and 2 fridges.
