Stayed at this villa as two families of 5 and 3 had a great time nice clean villa tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to walk for plenty of shopping and great restaurants, Joel and his co-host Mr Dewa were very quick to respond to any questions we had, Mr Dewa was also available via phone at any time we needed. Cleaning staff were very friendly Egik in particular was very polite and respectful and always up for a good friendly chat and always helping with any issues or recommendations for days out and great restaurants.

Clean and safe homestay. Meet my expectations. Reasonable price. You can repeat later.

A big thanks to Irawan , he is an excellent host and his place is just awesome as described . Good neighborhood, plenty of coffee shops and beach near by . Better than hustle bustle of canguu and seminiyak . 100% recommended

Great spot if you want to relax with some privacy. The WiFi was fast enough to watch Netflix and attend video calls. The AC worked well and the room didn’t have insects inside which made it comfortable to sleep. The pool is decent sized as well.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our big family as we prepared for our long flight home. We had enough space to be able to pack our luggage properly with ease. The huge wrap around sofa was a bonus for gathering with family before we left. We would definitely book again.

Really had a wonderful time here! House was even better than in the pictures, lot of privacy and amazing view over Lamai. Host was super helpful and always available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Michael's place and his attitude contributed greatly towards the wonderful experience of our trip. Not an easy job to list all the good things and memories. Michael moved check-in and check-out times for us. Still we received the place in a squeaky clean condition and had zero issues with the next guests. Not only he provided some great tips on places worth visiting and dinning, his hint led to THE BEST evening we had in Phuket. Some beautiful scenic views and great people. He helped us with transfers to the property and back to the airport. Organised a rent car and it's delivery for a decent price. While so far I prefer to explore various places and rarely stay at the same place twice, but I believe there is a great chance we are going to return, if Michael agrees to have us again. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We are all happy with the place and naenjoy namin ung automatic mahjong and theatre room. Sobrang lamig lng tlga ng weather kaya nahrapan kami mg swim kahit slight heated ung pool. Sayang di lng na enjoy ung jacuzzi kasi ayaw uminit masyado. Sobrang okay ung maraming CR as in. Walang antayan and complete naman ang amenities. Next time sana palagyan ng Netflix para mas enjoy. Buti me dala ako flashdisk na movies. So far ok naman ung caretaker na lagi ng llinis dun to clean up the place in the morning so malinis pagka gising namin. Thanks again for the accomodation.

It was very good. I don't leave a good review, but I couldn't help but compliment the host's kindness and prosperity. Allen, the co-host, was kind and proactive in helping us with our trip. It was a trip accompanied by our children aged 13-16, and they got to know Allen. The instructions for the trip were also great which saved us money and time. There were a few issues with the water, but it wasn't a big deal with Allen's proactive and timely response. This is a listing I would love to visit again.

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Very nice place! My family and I had a lot of fun. Walking distance to Ayala Feliz which is a winner. There are also small stores around if you need any retail necessities. The caretakers are really nice. Nate is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Great little villa with a very nice pool. Really clean and beautiful! If you are not accustomed to noise bring ear plugs for sleeping. Great location near all the shops you need. Felt safe and secure too.

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

The beach house is beautiful—warm, cozy, and just the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Sally and John were wonderful, always helpful and welcoming. Our family really enjoyed our time at the seacamp, and we’d love to come back, maybe in April when the currents are calmer. It was a bit windy and rainy during our stay, so we didn’t get to swim as much as we’d hoped, but I can only imagine how perfect this place must be in April or May. The peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views made it a trip to remember. We can’t wait to return.

Joe's house is very nice, looks beautiful and large At first we went to another street and Joe drove to pick us up and thank him The house is clean, the room is big, just do not see the hair dryer, the other slippers are only men's without ladies, it is better if there is a lady Mango was sent by Joe halfway to stay🥭, very sweet, thank him again There is a restaurant that is great for Chinese flavors, and there is a supermarket next to it, which is convenient!Overall everything was fantastic!

Everything is tidy, and the cleanliness of the bedding and towels is high. It's about 5-10 minutes from Ximen Station, but it's located in a quiet place, so it was nice to be able to sleep quietly at night. The process of finding the place was really easy, and check-in was a breeze. Everything was well seen with photos and descriptions. I didn't know they were giving towels and water every day for 3 nights, and I asked for more extra towels, but even without extra towels, I was able to use it enough for 4 people. On the last day, the host showed us off our family and left a special memory for the whole family. Thank you
