Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Daytona

We enjoyed our stay at Selma's studio. It looks just like it does in the photos and is in a nice walkable location close to several good restaurants and a nice brewery. What we enjoyed most was being so close to the beach and the view of the ocean .

Such a comfortable space! Close to so many places… especially cold stone :) the pools, hot tubs, and lazy river are so nice when you are taking a break from the ocean! Plenty of room for three adults and two kids. Made breakfast there one day. Will book again if I get the opportunity. Thanks for letting us stay!

First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

Great location and easy check in process! Coffee Shop next door safe place to stay. There is ambient street noise from people at night and the Avanu bar across the street but a white noise machine is provided and was helpful!

The condo was very clean and location was great. Communication was great and always responded quickly. Would definitely return.

Highly recommend staying here. We were in town for Daytona Bike week. It was only about a 15 minute drive. The apartment is clean. It was helpful that they left laundry pods and dishwasher pods. We had a wonderful time and will stay again in the future. Host is very responsive and helpful

This is a fabulous place to stay. From the beach across the street to the Cuban coffee 100 yards from the place and the walkable restaurants and bars, I don’t think I could have asked for a better location. Richard was super responsive and answered every question I had within minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

Underground parking with a gate that closes at night, back door is just a few steps from the pool and the beach, front desk is very helpful.

Great place to stay. Spotless and everything we needed. Private fenced yard and only 15 minutes from the beach. Our host sent email instructions to each of us and immediately answered a question I had. I’d stay there again if I go to the area.

Perfect place to stay for Daytona 500 weekend. 15 minute drive to the race track and a 5 minute walk to the beach! Plenty to do in the area. Reed’s place was exactly how it was described. Reed was quick to respond and the place was available earlier than the stated check-in time!

We will definitely stay here when traveling through the area again the place was clean comfortable and convenient!! Perfect for the pups!

excellent location, beach and river at opposite ends of the road. basic furnishings comfortable uncluttered, easy to keep clean, appliances were great , small lot but faced in back yard.. settee for back sun porch would have been nice. also a couple of blankets for the chilly nights..

Brent's house was very nice and we would definitely stay again! The location was awesome, nothing between it and the beach. Perfect escape from the snowy north! The house had all the amenities that we needed for a month long stay. Could walk to places to eat or shopping ... or just walk on the beach.

My family stayed at Danie's for 6 days, and it was a perfect fit for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was a good home base for us during the week. We cooked several meals during our stay, and the kitchen had all of the basics and a few extras that we needed. I especially loved the screened-in patio, which looked out onto the very peaceful and picturesque back yard. We expect to travel to the area again at this time next year, and would not hesitate to stay at Danie's home again.

Eileen was super responsive and accommodating. We had no issues finding the place. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed!

The condo was awesome! Perfect for multiple families. It is right on the ocean with plenty of views. It is very peaceful. We will be going back!

The condo was perfect! Daniel had amenities stocked like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were comfortable. There were chairs, flotations, tents, and things to use to play on the beach. The pool was clean and comfortable to spend the day lounging engrossed in a good book. The location close to Daytona, yet in a quieter areal, was ideal!

Tony’s place is located directly at the beach and has a great view! The communication with Tony was fast and very friendly. Parking was right in front of the house and the area has some great cafes and restaurants! Over all we loved the place!

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

I would just like to start off with the place. The surroundings are beautiful if you are on the porch you can see the river and the ocean you get an amazing view of the sunset. There are so many things to do in Daytona Beach and this was the second time I have stayed here at Carries Condo. Definitely will be staying again! The condo is always clean and the kitchen is stocked with any utensils you need for your Vacation/Stay. I absolutely love staying in this condo. Thank you Carrie for letting my family of 4 stay at your condo!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the beach was beautiful. The property had plenty of amenities, and there were numerous restaurants within 15 minutes of the resort. There are two swivel glider chairs that provide comfort for hours of reading.

Jary was great and very accommodating with us. She kept communication open with us during our whole stay. Instructions were very clear and check out was easy. Place was very clean and great view of the beach. We would love to return.
