Upstairs has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (main bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom 1 x double, 2 singles - in total, upstairs sleeps 6) Downstairs also has living area, kitchen and bathroom, laundry and 1 bedroom (1x queen and 2 singles)-sleeps 4.
