Adir and his property were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. Adir was always quick to respond, super helpful, and just genuinely friendly. It felt like he truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. My team couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved their stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything they needed. They didn’t run into a single issue, which made their time there so much easier and more enjoyable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Adir and this property to anyone. It was such a great experience, and we’d definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Irina was super responsive from the point of booking until we returned home. She was always checking in to make sure we found the amenities. She answered all of our questions timely, even when it was very late and she didn’t have too! Irina was great in helping my daughter get her Apple Watch shipped back home after we left it. The home is big and we had a family of 12. All the amenities are up to date. Overall I would recommend staying with Irina!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Miami! The house was the perfect size for our group and we enjoyed having the backyard pool and amenities. The only thing to note that we were not aware of is the adjacent apartment inside the garage. The house was private and sectioned off, access wise, to this apartment but our guests could hear the apartment guests through the bedroom wall (their alarms) and it was somewhat alarming to see another car in the driveway.

I had an amazing time at this property! The host was incredibly responsive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was so much to do around the house, from playing pool and ping pong to relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The views of the waterway were absolutely stunning and added to the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

This house has everything you need to have a great time with a group of friends! Tons of great amenities, beautiful pool, lots of excellent sleeping spaces. Just a great place to relax and be outdoors in your own private spot. The house does not match the neighborhood it’s in, and there’s nothing nearby, but if you’re just looking for a house to relax in and enjoy, you can’t do much better than this. So many fun things to do, from when we checked in until we left we hung out in the backyard and had a great time.

Melissa was very accommodating and helpful every step along the way. Ordered us new trash bags and go same day delivery and was very helpful with troubleshooting WiFi when we had issues. Even late at night. Would love to come back here for our next stay.

We stayed at this Airbnb during our trip to Miami, and there was absolutely no complaints. Lissette was so fast to respond to all messages and request, and answered all questions clearly. When we got to the place, the entire house was clean, and things were provided to us such astowels, lotion, face towels, kitchen, utensils, etc. We had absolutely no complaints about this place. However, the only thing I would say could make this place even better, is a heater in the pool. Although, we did go in January, which may be a colder time in Miami, the pool in the backyard was absolutely freezing, and there was no pool heater. Nevertheless, had the time of our life and the host was great.

A spacious house with great amenities, a beautiful pool, and everything thoughtfully equipped, Ellie is very flexible and understanding.

Good stay for the price! Clean and a good variety of amenities. We didn’t use the pool but did use the hot tub and grill which was nice. Being on the canal was cool to see boats go in and out. Close to airport so there is a lot of plane noise but really only noticeable outside. Very responsive hosts

Great house for a group. Clean, big comfortable beds, plenty of TVs. Beautiful pool and loungers. And outdoor space. Great proximity to hard rock, the airport, and I-95. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property! The backyard was gorgeous. The home was very clean and had more to offer than we had time to enjoy in our short stay. We prepared a meal, and the kitchen had all the cooking necessities. Our host, Marina was super quick to respond and also very thoughtful and kind, as we were there during our son’s hospital stay. We hope to come stay again in the future under better circumstances, so that we can enjoy its close proximity to the beach, restaurants and other entertainment.

Just needed the heated pool to work other than that was great stay

The house is very large and has plenty of space for a big family. We loved the pool and with it being heated made it all the better during our time of visit! Xavier was quick to respond with any questions or problems we had during our visit.

"Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We just returned from our stay at Jacob’s house and it was incredible! The place exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was ridiculously comfy, and the shower was amazing! But what really made our stay stand out was Jacob's exceptional hospitality and of course the heater pool! He was incredibly responsive. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back! This property was absolutely incredible, and truly is a 'more than meets the eye' situation. Upon exiting the highway, you arrive into a neighborhood that clearly looks to be an up and comer, just a short mile from the intercostal. Neighboring homes range from older properties (that could use some love) to brand new homes worth well over $1m. You quickly realize that the area is highly walkable, safe, and filled with young executives who work in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The inside is brand new, great appliances, super clean, and an incredible layout. The best part was the backyard which was great for our pets. Fenced top to bottom, 8' high, and an incredibly beautiful heated pool. Ft. Lauderdale's nicest and most exclusive neighborhoods (homes overlooking the water, worth $10m - $50m), were only 1 to 2 miles away. My wife and I enjoyed a short drive there (sometimes a jog), where we could see the properties and walk our dogs. Restaurants, including Los Olas, were only 2 mi away
