House vacation rentals in South Bay

Clean and spacious with very friendly and helpful host/co-hosts. We left the car interior light on accidentally and they were attentive to notice it and kind enough to alert us about it to avoid a dead battery the next morning. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of Kenting in a quiet residential area but there are restaurants and convenient stores within 5-10 min drive. The internet was out on the 2nd floor the night of our stay, they responded quickly but I think it was an issue with the service provider so not their fault. Also for being in the country side, there are roosters in the area and they crow early in the morning, if you are easily woken up by sound may consider bringing ear plugs. Overall a very comfortable stay and good value for the money, definitely recommended!

The space is oversized with all the amenities.

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house is thoughtfully designed and decorated, great for families (board games and a ping pong table), and great breakfast. Also, Cindy and Henri were very proactive and responsive to all our questions, including arranging surf lessons. We hope to come back in the future!

The whole building was actually a mini hotel with 7 rooms. We had the whole place to ourselves. Each room has 2-3 sets of towels & toiletries. It also has free water bottles & egg rolls everyday. The rooms were clean and were actually bigger than expected. However, there are only two rooms in each level, so if you're a big group, some would have to go up to the 3rd and 4th floor by stairs. The location is great - it is walking distance to the beach (unfortunately, swimming is not allowed), Kenting Night Market, and Smokey Joe's. A convenience store is also located just outside the building. The host was very patient and accommodating. She also welcomed us when we arrived at the building. If only they had breakfast in the hotel, it would've been really a perfect place to book when in Kenting. But overall, we still rate it 5/5!

Great single villa with a great view, and a terrace balcony where you can sunshine and watch the stars, the layout is perfect for 5-6 people to get around, and the hygiene is quiet.One of the best hosts I've ever met, proactively helped us to drop off and load our luggage to rent an electric car, which provided us with very large convenience, thank you!

The floors in the house are clean, the sound equipment is great, the vast turf allows the dog to have a full run of fun, the single family glass house is highly secretive, relaxing, a vacation away from the city ~ Any questions are always immediate response, solved!👍👍👍👍👍
