Beach house vacation rentals in South Australia

Mary’s place was in a great location. There was very easy access to Front beach through Mary’s garden. It was easy walking distance to the Main Street with the cafes and shops close by. Mary’s cottage was very clean, bright and airy. The main bedroom had a lovely view into Mary’s garden and you could hear the waves splashing on the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Bay 10. We booked the waterfront 2 bedroom villa. The villa was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious and clean place to stay! Great location! Bay10 is in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. It made exploring Port Lincoln so convenient. Lori was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The welcome note and chocolates were a lovely touch. With beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities, every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer. It was a true home away from home. Our family had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for kids, we enjoyed a glass of wine & cooked on the bbq while the kids played in the lovely backyard over looking the bay. Morning coffee out back was a delight.

Would book again in a heartbeat! We had a wonderful week away with the family. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids utilised the play area downstairs. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and we loved being able to pop across the road to the beach for a walk or enjoy an incredible sunset. Gretchen was always responsive to messages and lovely to deal with, thank you.

Truly amazing location that you cannot beat. The house was well equipped and had a real beach house feel, brought back memories from my childhood.

Great spot right on the beach, walking distance to cafe and close driving distance to pub and other ammenities. Was very clean and a great place to stay for the weekend. Only downside was the sliding doors between bedrooms and living room let a lot of noise in, but overall wasn’t a big issue for us. Had a great weekend here and would absolutely stay again! :)

Booked this accommodation for our Global Sales team visiting from South Korea and the United States. Wow - they loved it! The location, the views and the facilities of the property were A1. Our stay at Port Parade was a wonderful family getaway to Port Willunga! The modern, well appointed house had everything we needed, including a pool that kept our 5-year-old splashing happily! Just a short walk from Port Willunga’s stunning beach, we loved exploring the shore and nearby cafes with ease. The host was friendly and quick to respond. The whole experience made our stay enjoyable and very relaxing. Thank you, Jessica!

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

Great location, we loved watching the storm roll in from the large balcony, What a view! Well equiped, everything we needed was provided. Including shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. Enough space for our whole family to get ready as we had a family wedding to attend, without feeling on top of each other. Welcome bottle of wine, a lovely surprise.

We were blown away by the location, south shores resort is incredible and impeccable as is Narelle’s property. Absolute flawless property, styling was spot on, everything so clean and functional and Narelle was such an excellent host, prompt, thorough and super helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our kid free week end with friends. We will definitely be back next year.

If travelling to Smoky Bay do yourself a favour and stay at this property. It has everything you could need. We were on a fishing trip with the boat- so the boat wash down area and fish cleaning station was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space to park the boat. We all enjoyed the huge pool on the hot days, bbq’s in the evenings and the wifi kept the kids entertained in between. We will be back!! #lovesmokybay

We stayed over Easter and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect — spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen that made it easy to host the rest of the basketball team for lunch. The boys had a blast playing on the tennis court and swimming in the pool. The location was excellent — close to public transport and the beach, which made everything really convenient. David was a great host: friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place — we had a great time and would happily stay again.

We had a lovely few days at Villa 66! The accomodation was clean, spacious, had all the facilities we required, and more! The host was friendly and responsive. The kids are looking forward to returning soon.

Unbeatable views. What a special place. We absolutely had a wonderful time as a family. Kitchen was well equipped. Had some fun on the ping pong table. Coffee in the morning watching the waves… what a backyard.. loves the visits from the pelicans. Linen smelled fresh. Our boys had the best time.

Didnt want to leave. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. While the place wasnt perfect, the things that generally matter were. Every creature comfort of home was there. The beach is a short stroll or even shorter drive. The neighbours and general community are friendly. The area is quiet and the stars are very bright. Rooms are all bigger than expected. Biggest negative was the pump which was very loud in the bedroom with the triple bunk bed, but we all slept through it running no problems.

Excellent house for a family vacation, clean, comfortable, plenty of space for the kids to play. Gayle was a great host!

Such a fabulous home right on the doorstep of the magnificent Innis National Park. Private and cosy with all amenities that you need. Highly recommend and we will be back again!

Kevin's house was the perfect base for our Kangaroo Island Adventures. We had 9 adults and we all had plenty of space. 2 seperate living rooms were fantastic for watching different shows at night. Located 15-18 mins from Kingscote meant we could easily drop in for a bite to eat. Kangaroo Island was superb with lots of outdoor adventures. The sea lion guided experience at Seal Bay was a highlight. Flinders Chase National Park was well worth a 2 day visit. Coming back to Kevin's after our big days out was a god send.
