Very nice house and perfectly equipped for family holidays. There was nothing missing! Everything is in perfect condition and very nice. A house perfectly located for discovering the beaches of the Asturias and doing beautiful hikes . Nacho is very friendly and communication was easy . I recommend ++++

The house is spacious, the kitchen and dining room in the same space, occupying the first floor, along with a bathroom. The fireplace comes very well for the winter and we use it with the firewood that the hostess left us. The three rooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious, with a sofa included and with exit to a large balcony. The surroundings of the house is landscaped with a pool and a very spacious gazebo to be able to be and eat out. It has a barbecue. I think the price is not bad compared to other houses in the area. I would definitely come back if I'm approaching here again. A very special natural environment for walking and enjoying nature.

It was a quiet stay with a beautiful outdoor space a spacious garden, area with barbecue, tables to dine on the street and the interior very cared for and comfortable. In addition to the fact that the host was super friendly and always looked out for us. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Juan Luis place! It is a wonderful en peaceful place. A good place to relax. The house is nice and tidy.

The place was as described, even better. The photos do not do the house justice, being much wider than it seems. Impeccable cleanliness and very simple communication with the host, who left us local recommendations and some welcome groceries. Comfortable beds, showers with good flow and efficient heating, which provided the house with great comfort. The kitchen well equipped and with enough utensils. The wood-fired oven and barbecue, just great. The house is very quiet, with a south facing garden and in a setting of great tranquility. To put a pega, there is no supermarket in the village, needing a small commute (5 minutes) by car to buy bread or other supplies. In short, a great experience and totally recommended.

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Quiet accommodation in a rural area with beautiful landscapes and close to places of interest. Good communication with the property and person in charge. Comfortable house in general for a large family, despite the stairs and with all the necessary accessories, nothing negative can be highlighted, as everything was very good in our stay. Good winter air conditioning.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We loved that it combined the tranquility of the village with the proximity to emblematic sites, excursions and walking spots. It is close to both the mountain and the sea, and a few meters away a restaurant that ate fable. We will definitely be back.

A fantastic traditional house well situated for enjoying Comillas town and beach. This is a home from home feel, the house has clearly been used as a personal holiday home for decades and so it is filled with comfy details, interesting things and a very well equipped kitchen. There is WiFi too, which pleased the teenagers in the party. Parking is a little tricky at high season (July-August) but the main road above the house is a good place to find a spot if the closer by parking is full. We recommend Quo Vadis restaurant for Pizza and lovely pasta. Our group took great advantage too of the surfing beach 10 mins drive away from the house. Oyambre Surf company had surf board for hire on a walk in basis at the beach. Comillas is perfect for a multi-generational family holiday. Thanks to Florian and Veronica for their help.

Our stay at Ethel's place was simply perfect. We fell short with 5 stars, because every detail exceeded our expectations. Although our visit was brief, it was definitely the most special. The house is beautiful, impeccable and with unbeatable privacy. The location is excellent, and thanks to Ethel's recommendations, we discovered a nearby walk that took us to an incredible place. Ethel is a wonderful host, attentive and full of details that make the experience even more special. And what about cats: they are a charm and give an even more inviting touch to the place. A quiet, picturesque and well located place, with the beach very close to walking, the only thing more complicated is the parking , because in August it is a stop of tourism and there are few places to park.

We had a great time at the house. Everything you need. The location in a very nice quiet little village next to Cabezón de la sal and a few minutes drive from the beach. Rocío very maja, has given us directions for things to do in the surroundings and recommendations for places to eat. We'll definitely repeat it.

Cozy village house that has a large terrace with spectacular views of the valley. No matter if it was sunny or fog, the landscape was quite a spectacle. The house is located in a quiet and easily accessible village. Contact with the owner was very quick at all times. It was an ideal place to enjoy Christmas as a family.

Very cozy house. Very close to flat and many areas of Asturias to visit. If you go with children it is very comfortable,it has a park in front and it is a very quiet village. The hosts are very friendly.
