Vacation rentals with a pool in Sotira

Very neat and tidy home. High standard. The host was easily accessible and gave us good tips and advice for places to see during our stay. Worth the money. Would love to come back.

Couldn’t be more delighted with our stay here at Pavlos’s! The villa was perfect and had everything we need, so beautiful, especially during the sunrises! We got a car for the week but we did also enjoy the walk down to the strip , about 15 minutes and plenty to see. Pavlos and the team were very helpful and quick to respond , thank you! Would definitely come and stay again :))

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Very nice place and exactly as pictured. Alex was always available and responsive. This however is not a luxurious 5 star resort, but you’re not paying 5 star prices either. The only negatives are out of their control: We found the gym to be small and overcrowded and not worth the price (7/day, 25/wk, 60/mo) and screaming children (and it was the off season).

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.

“Absolutely perfect for work & relax – 5 stars!” We stayed at this Airbnb as a team retreat and were blown away by the experience. From the beginning, we asked for specific work-related needs – desks, monitors, and a good setup – and everything was provided quickly and without any fuss. The communication was incredibly fast and helpful: any question or small issue was addressed almost instantly via the WA group. The house itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and super comfortable – ideal for both focused work and relaxed downtime. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Villa Mimosa, as we had the most amazing time the first time round. The villa is perfectly situated along a quiet road, but within a one minute walk of a local supermarket and an amazing restaurant. There is also a bus stop on the main road near the villa, which again is less than a one minute walk away and allowed us to travel around Protaras and Ayia Napa with ease. The villa itself is beautiful and has everything you could need for your stay. The pool was exceptional and is definitely the highlight. Katherine was an exceptional host and was always quick to respond to any queries and went above and beyond with the requests we had during both stays. Couldn’t have asked for a better villa and we’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

Great communication and great place to stay

Nice big apartment! The kitchen is well equipped. Very big terrace, which we really enjoyed. Lots of seating and a sunshade on the terrace. The beds were comfortable. It was great that both rooms had their own bathroom. The only problem for me was the cold floors, but there was no problem with flip-flops.

This was a stunningly beautiful, impeccably well-designed apartment in the best possible location in Famagusta. Dundar and his family are incredibly kind and welcome. I enjoyed hanging out with his mom and brother. They are very special people and the apartment is top notch. I am lucky to have found it.
