Vacation rentals with lake access in Songpa District

Mari was fabulous, the view of Lotte World Tower incredible and the location amazing. I felt so at home, so comfortable in Mari’s apartment. Mari was super responsive and very helpful, sorting out anything and answering our questions. Very much recommend Mari and this excellent apartment.

Host is really nice. When I have questions she responded immediately. This house is lovely it has everything what you need. Different type of tea and coffee. Also Ramyon :) Washing machine work well. I’m impress that host provide with various different type of trash bags ^^

Alex was a great host! The vibes of the place are very warm and inviting and it was an easy walk to public transportation to get to Itaewon or connect to other areas around Seoul. I'd definitely stay here again!

A perfect retreat from the city, Jae Won't place was exactly as described, he was a very attentive and communicative host who did everything he could to make our stay as perfect as possible! We loved trying all his restaurant recommendations and being so close to the national park.

🏠 Accommodation: 10/10 The room was super comfortable and the level of cleanliness was perfect!As soon as you enter the door, the whole space is full of relaxing aroma, it really makes people feel good as soon as they stay ~ 🚇 Location: While not right next to top attractions, it was actually super convenient!A few minutes walk to the subway station, the bus also goes directly to various places, go to Hongdae for only 15 minutes, no worries about transportation at all! 🌿 Details: Feels like home The hosts are really attentive, with thoughtfully arranged decorations in every corner of the room, and greenery dotted to make the whole space cozy and alive and completely comfortable like staying in your own home! 👭 It is suitable for women The two of us girls stayed and each had a separate space, so convenient!The bed and bathroom are also super clean and have a super peace of mind ~ 💯 Overall: Definitely recommend! This stay was truly impeccable, and the attentiveness of the host and the comfort of the room really impressed us, we will definitely choose here again next time we come to Seoul!

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my grown up daughter and the place was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore from. The fact that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment is really handy. The bus can takeyou to the local metro or it takes 20 minutes to walk. Really appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and there is also a small airer to use. There is also a 24hr launderette nearby! The kitchen area has everything you possibly need to make a meal but we often ate out and only used the kettle to make ramen! If you stay when it's cold, the heating is amazing. There's underfloor heating that makes the space super cosy! Plenty of on demand hot water and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Sulin. Oh and toothpaste! We REALLY liked that Sulin provided a fabric freshener for our clothes that smelt from the delicious Korean BBQs that we ate at! So handy to have & a good idea! Loved staying here. It's quiet & Sulin is a lovely host!

At first, I was a little hesitant in Jihara, but I felt so good about the clean interior, fluffy, clean bedding, and toilets when I opened the door of the accommodation, and there was nothing lacking in staying! The heating is good and the hot water comes out well! It is the best location to walk to Songnidan-gil restaurants, Seokchon Lake, and Lotte World! It's a pity that the bathroom stairs were a little steep? If you're an older person, I thought that my knee would hurt a little, but we were all satisfied.

2 toilets, 3 rooms, spacious living room dining table (8 people) These are the main advantages, and I'm satisfied overall without regret:)

We had a comfly stay during our trip. The location is never been better as it locates nearby the subway station.

It was an accommodation where everything was good! The location, including the clean room condition (especially the bathroom and bedding condition) & the kitchen, which was also suitable for cooking, was also near Jamsilsaenae Station, so it was easy to get anywhere in Seoul, and most of all!! I was relieved that there was a host who was kind and smart:) I hope you always have some lucky days, and I'll see you again next time >_<

We enjoyed ourselves very much, comfortable beds, moderately sized apartment. The kitchen looked great though we didn't cook. Nice with AC. The only thing we might find negative was the drain in the toilet that smelled sometimes.

I stayed at Alex's place with my husband and 2 young children, and it was an excellent choice! The apartment was wonderful and looked exactly like the photos: clean, comfortable, homey yet luxurious. The hosts were also wonderful. They prepared some welcome snacks and responded quickly to all communications. They generously shared their children's toys, and were gracious about granting all my requests. I was so pleased to have found such warm and kind hosts. The location gave a feel of real life in Korea- quiet with quaint twisty roads and corner shops with ancient-looking knick-knacks, but very close to a bus that took you right to busy areas. If you wander around you can find small children's playgrounds with outdoors exercise equipment too! I really liked the area. Overall we had a lovely experience and Alex definitely deserves the title of superhost.

The accommodation was so good. I used it for a long time until I entered the house where I was moving from abroad, and it was so comfortable and nice. I'm going to recommend it when my friends come from abroad. The location is good, so there's a lot of entertainment nearby. It's next to Lotte World, but if you say it, it's nagging ^ ^

Due to home repairs, we needed a place for a family of four to settle into accommodation for a week. It was enough space for a family of four to stay, and in particular, several appliances and facilities were enough to visit without supplies. It was very close to several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to use, and it was near the park road, so it was a very quiet environment.

The host kindly explained it to me after booking, and I was thankful that he took care of me from check-in to check-out. 14 people stayed, and the space was really spacious, and I had a really good stay with kitchen facilities, toilets (2), and well-equipped kitchen facilities and supplies.

It's a cozy place. The lake view is really nice.

The accommodation is completely separated from other houses, so I was able to play privately! It was reassuring because the dogs were so well fenced that they could run safely, and it was nice that the barbecue area was equipped with a tent. Incidentally, there was mini golf, so it was good to spend time, and most importantly, there was a karaoke facility, so I had so much fun ~ The host contacted me really quickly and was kind, so I want to come again next time ~

It was the best place I've ever been to. - You can play noisily because it's a private house. - The host is so kind - Good barbecue space - Good parking space - Cleanliness of the accommodation I'm going again.

We had a really cozy and peaceful stay. It was a precious experience to experience rural life not too far from Seoul. The host is operating the cafe right behind it, but the coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was the best. Best of all, we had a campfire in the yard and a campfire at night watching the stars. My 5 year old son who went with me is talking about a bonfire even when he comes home. Also, it was not far from Eupne, so it was really an advantage to be able to deliver food. Thank you.

The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.

So peaceful and beautiful! House is fully equipped with all we need for our stay. We had such a pleasant time here. The Host is so friendly, loving, and so helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. So thankful
