Vacation rentals with lake access in Songpa District

It was our first time visiting Korea, and it turned out to be one of the sweetest experiences of my life, all thanks to the wonderful host. She ensured we had every comfort and hospitality. When we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely welcome message and some gifts. She was always in touch and quick to respond to any questions I had about the place and Korea in general. She was so kind and even recommended places for me to visit to enjoy my trip. The place was exceptionally clean and amazing, with all cleanliness provisions available. I didn’t need anything from outside. The linens and towels smelled clean and wonderful, even better than my experiences at hotels, to be honest. And honestly, the price was very reasonable considering all the services offered by this lovely lady, who made my experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely return to Korea and stay in the same place. No matter how much I try to thank her, it will never be enough. ❤️❤️❤️

A great place to spend time away from the noisy city center. Nice neighborhood, close to the mountains and national park, you can go hiking. Heaps of great stores and restaurants around, and the interior of the house is lovingly made and very cozy. The host Jae Won is a great guy who is willing to help and guide in everything. Highly recommend this place!

I was very satisfied with the host's friendly instructions, tidy and pretty accommodation. I'd like to stay again if I get a chance!

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my grown up daughter and the place was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore from. The fact that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment is really handy. The bus can takeyou to the local metro or it takes 20 minutes to walk. Really appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and there is also a small airer to use. There is also a 24hr launderette nearby! The kitchen area has everything you possibly need to make a meal but we often ate out and only used the kettle to make ramen! If you stay when it's cold, the heating is amazing. There's underfloor heating that makes the space super cosy! Plenty of on demand hot water and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Sulin. Oh and toothpaste! We REALLY liked that Sulin provided a fabric freshener for our clothes that smelt from the delicious Korean BBQs that we ate at! So handy to have & a good idea! Loved staying here. It's quiet & Sulin is a lovely host!

2 toilets, 3 rooms, spacious living room dining table (8 people) These are the main advantages, and I'm satisfied overall without regret:)

I had a very cozy stay! It's close to the subway station, so it's so close to transportation. Loved it! If I have a chance to stay nearby again next time I'll use Gaeun's place! I rested so comfortably:)

It was very close to Lotte World, and everything was good even when walking. The host was really kind and responded. In particular, the room looked clean and stylish, and it was well organized and smelled good. The view is also very nice!! If I have to go to Jamsil next time, I want to visit again!

Good service and satisfied with everything

The location is absolutely unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk from Hongik Station and you can take a direct train to the airport. This area is lively, with plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend for small family or a group of friends!:)

Melody is a great host. Very responsive. Location is central with restaurant and markets near by. Apartment is clean and has all the basic necessities. Will stay again in the future.

We enjoyed ourselves very much, comfortable beds, moderately sized apartment. The kitchen looked great though we didn't cook. Nice with AC. The only thing we might find negative was the drain in the toilet that smelled sometimes.

This place exceeded my expectations! The check-in process was simple and convenient, and the host was very kind and thoughtful. The space was much cleaner and more spacious than what I saw in the photos, and the decor was warm and cozy, so it felt like home. What I especially liked was that the bedding was really neat and fluffy, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking utensils and basic seasonings, so it was also great for cooking. The bathroom was spacious and clean, so there were no inconveniences to use, and I was impressed that you paid attention to hand wash and shower supplies. The location of the place was also great. The last stop of the bus was right in front, so it was easy to get around. I would definitely book again the next time I visit the area. Thank you so much!

It was a gathering with friends and family. It was a total of 3 families, and I had a good time. It was located at the bottom next to the road, so I couldn't see the house right from the road, so I passed it at first. There was space for up to 4 cars for parking. The road down to the house after parking was a narrow staircase, so it was a little difficult to move my luggage. It was rather nice to be able to stay warm because it was very cozy and blocked the winter breeze. There was snow in the rice fields and hills near the house, so the children were able to ride vinyl and box sleds that they had never experienced in the city. The condition of the accommodation felt cozy like any country house, and there were karaoke machines and musical instruments, so it was an accommodation that I never got bored. Since the house is separated from other houses, I was able to play without worrying about the noise. The dishes and various utensils in the kitchen were well equipped, and there were many towels and blankets, so a total of 10 people were able to stay well. In the yard, I was able to use the fire pit to enjoy various grills, and I was able to store them between the piles of alcohol and drink it very coolly. It is a warm and hot water accommodation in sub-zero weather, so I want to come again next time. Thank you to Yoonhee for your kind response even though I contacted you at 3 am because I knew the water switch near the kitchen light and turned it off suddenly because the water switch near the kitchen light didn't come out suddenly. If you come after us, please don't touch that switch. ^ ^

I went there with my parents for 1 night and 2 days. My parents really like it:) You told me often that you want to retire and live in a cottage, but you like it so much. I hope you can bring me again next time.. The owner also made the interior really neat, so I came as soon as I entered the house! Before I went, the owner also gave me ginger tea lemon tea, so I had a good meal.

I had so much fun with my friends, and it was like a country house and a unique accommodation!!

The home has a large garden nestled in a peaceful creek. I was able to relax comfortably with my dog, etc., with a cozy interior, a large deck, and a large garden. I'm going to visit again during the blooming season and try to play in the water by the creek. The cauldron fire pit was the best!
