He was the kindest host I've ever had. The house was the same as the pictures, and they responded quickly to my inquiries. I was really impressed that I even received a birthday cake as a surprise on the last day. We recommend this place!! I have 100% intention for revisiting😁

Wonderful month-plus stay! Very comfortable apartment, and extremely friendly and responsive hosts. Any question we had was answered/addressed immediately. We were lucky to stay during Tet and experienced such kindness from our hosts during their holiday. Location is excellent, easy to get to beach, cafes, massages and so much more in minutes. I highly recommend this place and the hosts!

We Stayed for 37 days. Everytime we asked for the room to be cleaned, Daisy had it cleaned the very next day. The Towels and sheets where always clean. We stayed on the 19th floor so no real street noise, was very quiet place. Location was really nice, right near a great Billiards place and many restaurants within close walking distance. Convenient Markets nearby for shopping. The Wifi worked perfect, and all 3 split type AC's worked great. We felt at home everyday as if we lived in Da Nang. There were enough pots and pans / dishes and glasses if you wanted to cook. Fully recommend Daisy's place. A person was there to check us in and give us the key cards to the elevator. Showed us Wifi password, and how to work the TV. Great stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Thanhs apartment. It was a nice area, close to the beach and everything you need around. You sometimes hear Karaoke and people playing soccer down in the soccer fields but when that happened we used earplugs. We feel like you can’t flee from Karaoke in Danang haha Thanh is a very friendly host, easy to talk to, quick in replies amd very helpful!

The apartment is ideally located next to the beach and we loved the beach and ocean view from the balcony. There are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby, grocery shops just downstairs. A lot of things are walking distance. The apartment was very clean and kitted out with comfortable furniture and we really felt at home during our stay!

Cao's room was not available due to a/c issues, the alternative room did not match our booking (booked ocean front views, alternative faced building construction) and I was a bit upset as it was our last stay in Vietnam after roughing it for 2 weeks. Cao was very responsive in regard to communication and offered to reduce the accommodation price. I was happy with the outcome and the accommodation was lovely, would book here again.

First off Thanh hospitality alone made the stay worth the value . The place is amazing clean . Right next tot he beach but private and quite at the same time ! All I have to say is I am amazed at the service Thanh provide and the condo was so room me and the family had a very comfortable stay !!

The apartment is located in a hotel that is directly across from the ocean. Its small but quite comfortable. The windows reach from floor to ceiling and give you an excellent view of the city. There is a partial view of the ocean from the kitchen which is quite lovely. With the window open you can hear the ocean. The bed is comfortable and the service in the hotel is first class. The pool wasn't available to use while I was there and the gym is quite small but I enjoyed my time and would recommend it to friends.

It's a really good value for the money, and it's clean and tidy. Donna were rather helpful and responsive. I recommend this accommodation

It has everything you need during your stay in the mansion. 9 people, including my parents, were so satisfied to stay! The location is also good, so it's a 3-minute walk to the beach.There are plenty of nearby coffee restaurants and noodle restaurants. Finally, the host Sean is very responsive to everything and everything you need. You took action. I had a good stay as if I was in my home! The combination of the pool and sauna is really satisfactory!! If you have a large family, we recommend this place rather than an expensive hotel!! When I come back to Da Nang, I want to revisit here again!! Thank you so much Sean ^ ^

Calm neighborhood, few mins from beach and spotless accommodations

My stay here has been perfect. big room with a big bed and medium couch. has ac and a floor fan, a big fridge and a full kitchen even a clothe washing machine. The dining table is cute, the desk is awesome! Windows are big and fill the room with light. If you want to keep the light out there are blackout curtains. The host and her husband can help with anything you may need. They helped me get a bicycle and scooter and even brought me food to eat. And of course you cant beat the location! Its right across the street from the beach and close to monkey mountain!

I highly recommend this stay. Great wifi, Hot showers, and hard beds.

Second time in this apartments. Perfect choice as always! Good location, close to the sea and restaurants. Clean flat. Sounds from nearest school can be loud sometimes. They can make like pop concerts at 7:30am 😄 But it’s not often) I think also pressure of hot water should be regulated a little. You need to wait a lot hot water to come. Very good choice if you plan to stay in Danang! Thank you

Great place to stay. Nguyen replied in very short time which made my planning smoother a lot. Even before my stay she suggested me some restaurants which are really good

We stayed in this room for two weeks, and it was very comfortable. The staff changed the towels and cleaned the room every day, even washing the dishes for us. They responded to our questions very quickly, making it feel even cozier than home. There are many cafes and local restaurants within a 15-minute walk, so it’s perfect for those who enjoy exploring the town. This time, we stayed during the rainy season, so we’d love to come back during the dry season next time!

The actual place is better than the pictures. Walking up and through the hallways to the apartment I was a bit nervous but once we got inside, it was great. The space was perfect for our family of six. The host was very responsive and accommodated the needs that I had. (Extra towels and blankets). The balcony is amazing. We were especially lucky to be there on Lunar New Year’s Eve to see lots of fireworks. It’s in a great location very close to many good restaurants, coffee, shops, and the beach. There is also a convenient store on the first floor. So happy we stayed here. I definitely hope we can visit Da Nang again and stay here.

Excellent. Great location, spacious flat, helpful host. The water geyser was a problem though - it was too small for everyone’s comfort. But there was nothing else to complain. We were helped at each step and so overall I loved our stay.
