Apartment vacation rentals in Son Caliu

The apartment was amazing It was modernly designed yet feel homey, everything was as described in the listing Alvaro was very nice and responsive, we came at Christmas eve and couldn’t manage to buy some ingredients like cooking oil, and Alvaro gave to us immediately. There is a common area but we didn’t use it, although we brought some of the boardgames to our room Overall it was such a pleasant stay for 4 night, and totally worth the price.

We had a great stay , the apartment is in a great location , it is very comfortable, super clean, the garage is a real plus. There are all the beach essentials on hand. The hosts are very responsive and flexible ( our plane was delayed and they waited for us despite the late hour) in short we recommend this place without hesitation and we will gladly come back

We stayed in Tomeu's house but actually we spoke to the co-host Maria really kind and responded to all our requests. The apartment is large and clean, there was nothing missing as in the description, perfect for families or friends. We arrived in the off-season so there are not many open activities we had cars and it was not a problem. It also moves very well by bus. Maria suggested times to go to Palma by bus. Truly to be recommended thanks to Maria's warm welcome

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

Highly recommended! We immediately felt comfortable in the very nice and very clean apartment. Everything you need is available. Location is absolutely top - overlooking the sea. Very good starting point to explore the island. Parking situation in February very relaxed. Antonio was always available for questions and always responded very quickly. It is very important to him that you feel comfortable. We would book the apartment again anytime.

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated,very clean and spacious. A little far from the city center:20 min walk. No air conditioning in case of hot weather.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (about 1.5 hours from Palma airport). From the Port de Soller bus stop, it is then 10-15 minutes to the apartment. Without a car, you should be fit to walk up the small mountain. The ascent is worth it, because the view from the apartment is gigantic and you are at a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The terrace is definitely the highlight. The center of Port de Soller is about a 15-minute walk. Overall clear recommendation as well as nice, accommodating hostess!

The house was super clean and just like in the photos. The bedroom back out is very quite. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The terrace is just great, with a beautiful view of the mountains! Joan and his wife are great hosts! When we had an issue with the heater, they were immediately available and looked at it. Overall recommended!

What a wonderful place to stay. The view from the terrace is beautiful and we got to wake up to see George (a beautiful British Shorthair) in the mornings. The place was complete with literally anything you needed. We were worried about not having adaptors and they were there. We could use Netflix and Disney too. Everything was super clean too. What a thorough job Michelle did for us. She also has this guide with everything you possibly need to know. She was also very responsive to anything we wanted to know. We will never forget how she lent us oat milk at check in my dad really wanted for his tea. We now all love oat milk without sugar - we shall miss it! Our first time in Majorca :)

This was such a nice, clean, pretty place to stay. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, about 15-20 minutes to the closest sandy beach (Playa Can Pere Antoni), with lots of restaurants and shops right there. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It was easy to find, the host provided clear instructions on getting checked in, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had a fantastic stay!

There were four of us in Jaume's sweet apartment in October. We didn't miss anything, we felt very much at home. Especially the outdoor area let us enjoy the autumn sun of Mallorca. Antonia was always quickly available for our questions and always helped us super friendly, also proactively, for example regarding the weather (storm warning). You can park on the property so there is no annoying search for parking. We had a very nice holiday. Thank you!

We found the place quiet and very welcoming by its owner, Astrid, to take care of his guests. A charming, interesting person and always in a good mood. We highly recommend this place. Great place, quiet and very close to old town. Apartment is very nice and big, two terraces. Great host.

We had a great stay at Inken's. The apartment is in a great location, with plenty of parking, walking distance to downtown and numerous restaurants all around. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and there was a lot of space for both of us.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Seemingly as described. The location is ideal, you can do anything on foot. The residence is impeccable and very well maintained. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a great holiday in a very cute village.

Matthias and Martin were always available for us. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. Parking on site was great. The kitchen was equipped with spices and water as standard. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. In the meantime, a third friend visited us for a few days, also clarifying and organizing this was not an issue. The pool and outdoor facilities were amazing. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all corners of the island.

I had a wonderful stay at Mirjam's place. Such a lovely flat, very spacious with a balcony. The building had a nice terrace on the rooftop with amazing view of the sea. I would recommend. Mirjam was the most helpful with recommendations or any other queries I had. I would definitely stay again.
