Quiet and quiet place, very well located. The garden and beautiful surroundings. The house's spaces are very well used. Very friendly people who take care of the place. At last an optimal place to rest in the middle of nature and also with quick access to the road and the highway.

A great garden to enjoy, pity we went in December. The house is quite well equipped and with the electric heaters and the wonderful fireplace, we were fine. We'll be back.

The apartment is very good, it is cozy, beautiful, landscape full of nature although it is glued to the crossing and sometimes you hear the cars passing by. But it is very cozy and quiet, with cows on both sides of the garden. The garden and terrace is ideal for breakfast or dinner. We loved it. Stick to 2km from Cabárceno and with car exits to anywhere, it is very convenient to visit Cantabria. Thank you for the apartment so nice

Wonderful views of the Cantabria mountains in a beautiful and quiet area. The development is close to a village with all the amenities. House is beautifully designed. But my favorite is the passion for music and reading of the owners, which I also share.

We spent 10 wonderful days in this house near Cabezón de la Sal. We were a couple with our baby, and the stay couldn't have been better. The porch and the glazed living room were the best part of the house, as they made us feel like we were in the middle of the forest, in contact with nature, but with all the amenities. More beautiful than in the photos, the house is very well equipped (even with coffee, oil and sobaos as a gift on arrival) and is perfect for disconnecting. In addition, the landlord was very accessible and adapted to our needs, and the lady who welcomed us was charming, always available with a smile. We would definitely stay here again, one of the best we've found on Airbnb.

We, 3 families of 10 people, had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable place. The space was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway and even exceeded our expectations. Anna is a fantastic host—she was always responsive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarket, and walkable. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay! Cosy fully refurbished home, fully equipped with plenty of space. Friendly and flexible host. They welcomed us and made us feel like at home.

The stay was great. The house was exactly as it appears in the photos (logically there was a difference, but not relevant). Although there were 12 of us, there was enough space for everyone, and there was even plenty. The house was equipped with everything necessary, and the air conditioning was perfect, being able to regulate it ourselves. In the upper floor they even left a couple of support radiators because, as I said before, there was plenty of room. Hosts have been wonderful, allowing us to delay checkout.

The stay was exciting to us. All painful to have to abandon it. Elegantly decorated house, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, all spotless. Marta the in charge of what is said a CRACK, kindness personified and efficiency at all. We want to repeat.

Everything was perfect. Sorry it was bad weather and we were not able to take advantage of the facilities. We are as expected. A very spacious house with everything you need. Maybe some more light would be good. It's also true that we were practically alone at night. The perfect heating.

Lovely little house, very clean, linen and towels smell great. The welcome was very welcoming and our dog was very happy. In case anyone had doubts, the garden is completely for you, you do not share with anyone and in addition is vallado asique for our furry friends is great. Despite being winter, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. Very recommendable and Paula is very friendly, communication very well.

We were delighted at the listing. The villa is in perfect condition and the owners are always attentive and very friendly. The area can't be better because you're close to pretty much everything. There are several beaches within a 5 minute drive and many tourist sites around like Santillana or Suances. 100% recommended.

THE HOUSE IS AS ADVERTISED The house is phenomenal, nothing is missing. It is very very clean and has many improvements. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the barbecue and the communal pool, which is very nice, very clean and has incredible views of the Cantabrian landscapes. Javier, the host, took care of us very well and answered all the questions at the moment, he is very attentive and kind. We will repeat, no question.

The casita is beautiful, it's not missing any detail. Only 20 minutes from Santander. It does not lack detail, it is very well equipped. Ideal, we'll be back for sure

The house was exactly as described, and is called the boat house due to its design. We had our own private access to the first floor which was a very large space, including 2 balconies off the living room and master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen including washing up products and condiments. The pool and garden area is a great space and very clean. The pool was also very deep so the kids could jump and dive in without any problems. The owner of the house was very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have. The house is around a 10 minute walk to the centre of Collindres, which had some lovely Spanish restaurants and bars and around a 15min drive to the very long and clean beach at Laredo, great for water sports.

Excellent location, beautiful place and a fantastic house to spend a few days with your family and visit the Parque de Cabárceno. The only downside that would put the house is that it was too hot inside, especially in the upstairs bedrooms and it was not excessive heat days, as they did not exceed 25°. A super cozy house.
