Vacation rentals with a firepit in Somerset County

We stayed two weeks with two kids and two dogs. The views were amazing!! The host was very responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying here in the near future! Thank you again!

Tammy's place was a great stay! The place was very clean and accurate to the pictures posted, very quiet and private area, plenty of places to sleep in the actual home, and lots of activities to keep guests entertained! Everything was communicated very quickly and effectively, and Tammy was very friendly and responsive to our concerns! Highly recommend this place for your getaway!

This is the perfect place to stay on a family bike trip. We had a relaxing stay at the house and were able to easily access bike trails from its river location. We would stay again!

We had a great time staying in George’s home. It was spacious, private, and had everything we needed and more, they even left us cookies on the counter when we checked in! The home itself is larger than I expected and has a very unique feel to it. We enjoyed just walking around the house checking out all of the cool decorations and other touches for awhile after putting our things away. The town it’s in is small but cute and has more than I expected. Everything you need and more. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

From booking to checkout, everything about our stay was perfect!! I made changes to our arrangements shortly after booking and David was quick to respond and very helpful. Upon arrival, easy entry into the house, and everything was very clean and just as pictured. This location is exactly what we hoped for our weekend!! Peaceful, quiet, clean, and relaxing! I would highly recommend this location and look forward to renting here again. I can't thank you enough for helping to our New Year's weekend getaway so memorable!!

My family loves the place. It was super close to the ski resort and close to where the rest of our family and their lodging. It was super clean, and private. They even plowed the snow to help us get out. We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in or around 7 springs or hidden valley ski resorts!

This place was a perfect reprieve from the city. The views of the sunrise are spectacular and the stars at night are so clear. Truly breathtaking. The house is large and had plenty of space for everyone. Very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of amenities including a very nice coffee and tea selection. We would absolutely recommend and return.

Had a wonderful stay at this spotless apartment with a lovely view of the confluence of rivers. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed, from the well-supplied kitchen to the comfortable living room, spacious dining room and luxurious bedroom suite with its own deck door. We had breakfast and coffee on the huge deck while enjoying ducks and boats on the water. Heard trains but slept fine. Being able to lock our bicycles in designated storage was a huge plus, as was the convenience of having bikes right outside the door for a beautiful ride on the treelined Great Allegheny Passage trail to OhioPyle in the state park 10 miles away. A fawn nibbled berries as we arrived for an incredible dinner at the Riversedge Cafe, a short walk from the apartment. The Confluence Convenience mart was open when we needed supplies on a Monday evening. And so glad we stopped at the nearby Tissue Farm for Chai, scone and art on our way out to Kentuck Knob - a must-see!

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. We stay with Joe a few times a year! He is always an amazing host, with an amazing property. I HIGHLY recommend Joes place! The Inn AND The loft are equally beautiful, spacious and clean as a whistle! 🏆

A perfect place to reconnect with my friends! The place was bigger than we realized and we could spread out for sleeping and gather for meal in a beautiful, rustic space. The hot tub was clean and easy to operate. Jess was there when we arrived and shared his favorite trails for hiking. He even sent me links to each trail. We hope to return with the whole family, this was just a girls’ weekend.

took our 3 dogs over the weekend if you stay in the winter be prepared to chop some some wood and light the fire place there is a park within 5 mins drive from the place while you can walk there, it would be the only easy place to get to be foot the nearest grocery store 20 mins drive in Sommerset so plan ahead

Amazing log house on a very beautiful property. Secluded and peaceful. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. The house is well kept and very comfortable. The sauna and hot tub are amazing. One of the best AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in!

Perfect space for a group getaway! This was the third year we stayed here and it was great again. There are lots of places nearby to go hiking - Laurel Hill State Park is a good pick. We also enjoy staying in to play games, relax in the hot tub, sit by the firepit, and do jigsaw puzzles on the dining room table.

The house was great! The location is 8 minutes or less from the mountain and there are a ton of things to do. The house is just as advertised and the hosts are incredibly friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Chris is an amazing host; friendly and considerate. He gave perfect instructions in great detail, and the cabin was easy to find. Upon entering, we were struck by an inviting woodsy smell as well as with how pristine, cozy, and inviting the cabin was. Everything we needed was right there, including enough wood for the wood stove and the fire ring outside. A great assortment of interesting books and games was located in the sitting room. We particularly enjoyed reading the comments, funny, and creative writings of former guests. It was so nice to unplug from the world for a couple of days. Both restorative and healing in so many ways. The perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We are so grateful to Chris and grateful for him providing such a sweet place for guests like us.

We loved our stay at the cabin - a beautiful and peaceful location with lots of amenities. The kitchen has everything we could have needed, and we enjoyed the games as well. The outdoor space is incredible!
