You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Peaceful newly renovated house with old-world charm. 2 separate bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen - Total 72 square meters. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, as well as cleaning. Secluded location with no view at the back of the plot of a large lush garden with its own raised part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small covered patio. The house is in an old villa area with a walkway to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to both Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you live in the countryside with animals and nature close by. The house is located on our farm and on the farm there are sheep. pigs and chickens.. The house is newly renovated with 3 large bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor there is a newly renovated kitchen, large bathroom and TV room. The house has beautiful views of rolling fields and a large garden with a covered patio. 5 minutes drive down to Söderköping and 20 minutes to Norrköping.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
