Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Smith County

For anyone needing a peaceful getaway, this is it! It was perfect for my sweet baby & me.. free of clutter, cute, historic, charming in every way, quiet, cozy, clean. Esther and her husband were beyond accommodating, so sweet, communicative, & just the kind of hosts you would want during a stay. It’s imperative you take a garden tour.. it’s something “out of this world”. Just beautiful, & we will certainly be back!

We were in the middle of moving into town and waiting to close on our new home. The stay here was priced right and met our needs. Thank you for making this a smooth transition by providing a home away from home.

Erin's place was exactly what I was looking for. It is located directly across from a brewery/restaurant, to the right is a very nice coffee shop, and there are many other walkable locations around! It was easy to check in, parking lot was never full, very quite, and a great place to stay overall.

The stay was phenomenal for me and my family!

We will definitely use this location again for other horse shows!

Place is nice. Plenty of parking and was quiet at night. Roomy inside and have a little yard. Easy to get to restaurants or stores. We left a iPad and they set up a time for a family member to pick it up for us. We greatly appreciate their honesty and getting it back to us. This is our second time to stay here and we will be back. All in all a GREAT Place!

Alva was very welcoming and shared clear instructions that made our stay a breeze. On top of that it was well stocked with essentials, hangers, and even had a mini iron that came in handy. Looks just like the pictures, very nicely furnished. Definitely a place with charm ✨️.

I chose this place because of the reviews. It was spacious, clean and came equipped with a barbecue pit that was perfect for our Labor Day weekend away from home.

We were in town for my neices birthday and needed something that would accommodate 5 adults but also our family that lives local to come by for a meal and a visit. This was a perfect fit! Roomy, a great yard for my two neices to run around in. It was dreary and rainy but we managed a fire in the outdoor fire put, complete with smores! Contacted Aaron before and after arrival and he was super quick to respond! Would stay again if we needed the space, so much more comfortable than multiple hotel rooms!

This very gracious host lives in a casita behind The Mustard Seed property, but it adds a touch of southern hospitality, and we never felt that our privacy was violated. We enjoyed the back deck and garden area as much as we enjoyed our home-away-from-home while visiting friends. This home is 100% Azalea District charm (decor and comfort) and the kitchen and baths are fully stocked and welcoming. Beds are what dreams are made of, and the tech made it easy to work remotely and watch TV throughout the home, and even on the back deck. Most memorable was the host’s appreciation of our stay and her gracious hospitality which included a travel day weather report and, upon check-in, a loaf of banana nut bread, complete with a stick of butter! We visit friends in Tyler as often as we can, and we look forward to returning one day soon.

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Perfect on all levels, from comfortable beds to unique rooms and adventure. We loved everything about this home and Angel and Louis are wonderful hosts. Would 100% recommend this place if you’re coming to Tyler.

Wonderful location! It was very clean and well kept. April was a pleasure to interact with during our stay.

Amber was very helpful and friendly. She responded quickly and let us extend our stay for a few hours after checkout time. This house is easy to find and is located not too far from to the middle of Tyler. She goes above and beyond, leaving house slippers and complimentary toiletries to ensure the comfort of her guest. I would recommend. Thank you Amber !

Doug was amazing and understanding working with us during the sudden severe illness & death of our loved one. Even though I was slow to react at times due to being a little overwhelmed in complete shock; and in addition having to deal with long hours/nights and little sleep ….Doug was very accommodating. I hope to be back when the roses are in bloom!!

Perfect place for a peaceful weekend. The hosts were awesome and exceeded our expectations.

We stayed here a week for Thanksgiving and would definitely stay again if we needed to.

Donna’s place appears brand new with many luxurious upgrades that put it in a 6 start rating category. Appears to have been designed and furnished by professional designers and interior decorators. Back area has greenery and a pretty pond to walk around, as well as walking distance to a very good Mexican, Chinese restaurants and other restaurant & misc locations. I will definitely stay there again!

The location of this place was definitely convenient to the location of our wedding venue. The amenities were very good and the fully stock spice cabinets if you plan to cook while staying. The host was very prompt to answering any questions.
