This has to be the best house in Piran, the house and gardens are absolutely fantastic, even better than the photos portray. Location couldn’t be better and the communication with Misa is excellent, thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Piran, I don’t think there’s a better Airbnb available!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting! On a wide part of the beautiful Soca river and among the imposing mountains. Wonderfully quiet and yet everything you need is nearby (affordable supermarket, restaurant, gas station). Top location!

We stayed for a week in Istok's beautiful house in Preddvor. It was perfect for the two uf us although the house can comfortably accommodate four people. The location is exceptional for the mountains and lakes aswell as Ljubljiana. Everything you need is in the house. A river runs through the garden which is ideal for barbeques and relaxing outside. If you fancy a swim there is a picturesque lake with a pizza restarant and a beach bar a short walk away. Iztok is a model for what a Air BNB host should be and a really lovely guy. Excellent communication, passion for his country and region and plenty of tips to get the most out of our stay, such as a fabulous easy hike up to the St Jacob's church nearby at 1000m height. He even arranged some delicious fresh caught trout for us. We cannot recommend this place and host enough!! Hopefully we will return one day to do some of the things we did not have time for during this trip.

We had a great stay! The host was very helpful and quick to respond, making everything easy and stress-free. The place itself felt like home, comfortable, and welcoming in a beautiful area. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the center of Ankaran and not far from Piran. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the apartment for over a week. We were warmly welcomed by Boris and Darinka. They are treasures of people and very helpful. We were surprised with wine, juice for the children, salties and later we got cake and apple strudel. Both can flood you with tips for activities in the area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and equipped with every comfort to stay there pleasantly. Kitchen with microwave, oven and a stove so you could eat in the apartment when you wanted. There is air conditioning, which is very nice. You can do a wash if you want. The pool is clean and is carefully kept tidy by Boris. The view is amazing and you can relax until late at night and enjoy sunset and the stars. The garden is spacious and the yard offers space to park behind the fence. Many nice villages nearby. Dobrovo and Smartno are recommended for a visit. In 45 minutes you are on the Adriatic coast.

For our stay it was the ideal place to stay. We found the apartment exactly as described and depicted it in the photos. The key handover by Andrej was uncomplicated, as was the check-out. It was also often asked if everything was fine or if we need anything. The location is perfect for excursions along the coast, both on foot and by car. Unfortunately, the weather prevented the use of the terrace and pool, which would be the perfect addition :-). An absolute recommendation from us.

We were there to celebrate our niece's 30th birthday, so there were quite a number of people coming and going. We had enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The house was lovely - with loads of space either to be alone or for groups of people to eat, or gather together and the gardens and view are sublime.

We really enjoyed our stay on the houseboat. Especially the whirlpool :) The location is very good and you can go swimming in the sea just nearby. Unfortunately the air conditioning could only cool the living area but not the bedrooms, so it was very hot while sleeping. But all in all we had a very nice stay :)

My boyfriend and I stayed there for a weekend in February and it was fantastic! Check-in was super easy, the cottage was cuddly heated with cozy lights inside and out, even playing matching music. We felt right at home! The highlight for us was the hot tub that was heated with wood. It's a task to always add wood and pay attention to it, but if the temperature is right, it's just wonderful. In the beginning we had a question, Sara helped us immediately, very great service! You can go for a great walk in the area, the small place is about 10 minutes by car. We will be happy to come back, but then in summer :D

We had the best stay at Anton’s place! The home is conveniently located between Kranj and Ljubljana. We spent time in both cities and found it easy to drive and park in both. There is a market and a bakery very close by so easy to grab things as needed, there is a lake walking distance and a river right behind the home! Anton’s house had everything that we needed! The house is very clean and newly renovated, it has a fire place which made it very cozy for us to hang out in the evenings after a day full of activities. Kitchen is fully stocked which was wonderful for my family as we have young kids. We used the washer/dryer as well so I can confirm that it is perfect as well. All in, we would like to go back again this summer to spend additional time with friends and family that are in Kranj and Ljubljana.

Thank you for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. Our family of four enjoyed a 3-night stay at the apartment and absolutely loved it. Piran and all it's beauty and charm is right outside the apartment--the location is incredible. Countless restaurants and bars are just a short walk away, and a swim in the warm waters of the Adriatic is literally meters from the front door. A rooftop patio gave wonderful views of the city and provided a perfect place to enjoy a drink to start or finish the day. A bonus is the ability to park your car for free at the owner's restaurant just outside the city, with easy transport to and from the car at check-in and departure.

Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.

Very nice and lovingly-furnished accommodation. It was very quiet despite the central location and we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos and in a good location. Unfortunately, the navigation led us to the apartment badly and parking was a bit more difficult. Otherwise, everything is great, thank you ❤️
