Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Washing machine in the bathroom with a shower corner and a sink, as well as a separate toilet with a sink. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.

The COTTAGE is located in the village of VÝCHODNÁ, from where you can enjoy a view of the TATRA MOUNTAINS. It also has a convenient starting point for trips, mountain hikes and bike tours. The village is in the middle between the cities of LIPTOVSKÝ MIKULÁŠ (25 km) and POPRAD (30 km). Exotic cottage in nature. Beautiful view, peaceful

NO PET REQUESTS PLEASE WE HAVE A VERY FRIENDLY, 2 YEAR OLD CAT LIVING OUTSIDE ON THE PROPERTY. if you don't like cats please do not send a request. NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD ALCOHOL BASED PARTIES OR EVENTS. PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE. Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town. The cottage in the trees overlooks the lake in a tranquil area ,a large garden/orchard. A very friendly, 2 year old cat lives here with us.
