Charming, partly newly renovated villa with private location on Tarravägen not more than that of Hotel Skansen in downtown Båstad with a beach, the harbor, and the walking path with restaurants. The location is high and free with wonderful views from the large terrace that is generously furnished with, among other things, sofa and parasols. BBQ grill. The property is about 3000 sqm Perfect for generational living or family with small larger children as the newly renovated guest house has two beds, shower/WC and kitchenette. Great beds everywhere.

Walking distance to beach, sea bath, hiking trails and centercourt with stairs down in the garden. A few minutes walk to the bus station that will take you to the train station for further travel towards both Malmö/Cph and the north towards Gothenburg.

Countryside setting but close to amenities…

We want our feedback to do the talking! Chromecast so you can connect directly to the TV Good WiFi, clever location ie Göteborg 140km. Malmö 105km Copenhagen 124kms. Laholm train station 12km We have teamed up with a renowned local artist and we are displaying/selling some of her artwork. Set in a small quiet village. The apartment is completely seperate from the main house. We have tried our very best to make the beds comfortable+fresh. Most who stay here say it's been super quiet + calm.

Relax with the whole family in this lovely yellow cottage by lake Fegen. Situated in the forest, nature is at your doorstep. Swim & canoe on the lake, or go for walks in the forest. Pick berries or mushrooms in season, or downhill skiing at Isaberg mountain not far away. Try cross country skiing on the trails in the neighbouring town. Those who want to shop, Swedens largest department store Gekås is just 20 minutes away in Ullared. Or simply just relax around the house or on the jetty.

Country house of approx. 140 sqm which has been completely renovated in 2023. The house is fully equipped and has many preserved original details.
