Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - trains to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if necessary.

The apartment appears in bright colors and has been completely renovated. It has 2 bedrooms with three-room beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with oven, hot plates and fridge - very well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table , as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are located at the end of the entrance, which gathers the entire apartment located on the ground floor.

The studio used to be a barber shop so it is ground floor, very close to the city centre (2 km) and very close to a very good bakery, train to airport, bus to Cruise Terminals nearby (Østerport Station) and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.
