Villa vacation rentals in Sint Maarten

My wife and I enjoyed an 8-night stay celebrating our anniversary. The home was better than described and the pictures were as real as when we walked in. Million-dollar view from the kitchen, family room, master bedroom, as well as from the deck and deck pool. Simply amazing! Hundreds of Sailboats each day were an amazing site, cruise ships lit up like Christmas during the evenings, beach access was easy, and the island of Saint Maartin was an absolute joy. Easy access to everything from this home and no more than a 20–30-minute drive and you'd be at the furthest point on the island. Spectacular home in which we will cherish the memories forever. Hope to revisit in the future!! All Laura's suggestions and references were spot on! For those of you whom like to both eat out and or eat in, all the suggestions for local shops were tremendous for our cooking requirements, from fresh seafood markets to local grocery shopping. Lastly, the prop. mgr., Lynn was a top notch & accessible!

Absolutely gorgeous, and honestly, a true home away from home. So clean, comfortable, and views for days! We miss it already! We will definitely be back next time we visit St. Martin!!

We (a couple) stayed here in February. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and provided detailed and easy instructions for check in and out. The description of the villa was spot-on, and the views were better than expected. The pool area is fantastic and a nice way to spend time enjoying the ocean sounds, atmosphere and pool. The residents that you share the pool with were very nice. The villa is located close to many attractions, beaches and restaurants. The villa is wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for more folks. The kitchen is completely furnished. We needed nothing additional. Air conditioning is available, but we found it nice to just have the screen doors and windows open and enjoy the breeze. The hosts also provided a detailed list of sightseeing ideas, stores, restaurants and day trips. We tried quite a few and found the suggestions very good. All in all, an excellent experience!

A Slice of Paradise in Sint Maarten Our stay at this stunning ocean breeze villa in St. Maarten was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views that stretched endlessly over the turquoise waters. The villa itself was immaculate—beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer was a great bonus. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear to sunblock—ensuring we had everything necessary for a perfect beach day. But the real highlight? The infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Watching the sunrise with a morning coffee or unwinding at sunset with a glass of wine from that vantage point was pure magic. The peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true escape, yet we were still close to everything we wanted to explore.

Definitely a Jewel at the best location to move around SXM... Very Comfy, Clean and it had generator which was used during our stay because the power was being taken off certain hours per day... We will definitely come back and thanks for the great service

This property had an excellent location. Very peaceful, relaxing, and not far from many restaurants and experiences. Host was always responsive and had very clear instructions for everything. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Sugarbird Nest was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. During our 2 week holiday Ariana was always available to offer suggestions on places to visit on the island, and restaurants to eat. We really enjoyed walking into Philipsburg and watching the cruise ships come and go. Our view of Great Bay and Divi Little Bay was wonderful. Fiona and Bobby were great animals “hosts” as well. The pictures shown are exactly like it is, and the space was bigger than we expected. There were so many great amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb. We will be back.

Nick’s was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of traveling! It was cozy, comfy and very clean! We were really impressed how much Nick communicated with us and made sure we had what we need.

Wonderful stay at this super clean well equipped villa. Spacious and matches the description online. The outdoor patio and pool area is nice with great views. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very flexible on check in and check out times. Extremely responsive. Stocked the fridge with complimentary drinks including wine and beer. The daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise and explained why the place was in pristine condition. A great casual villa for a family or group of friends to enjoy the west Indies islands. Loved it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was super helpful and communicative from moment of booking to arrival and throughout the trip. House was beautiful. Quiet area in private community. Plenty of common area to enjoy with friends on a group trip. Walkable to restaurant and beach. Wish we had more time!

We can’t say enough how much we love this place. It was perfect for our adult family of 5. Loved the location. Beachfront was less than 2 minutes walk. The bedroom views were stunning and beds so comfortable. Kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. Loved the few stocked items when we arrived. Being close to the hotel and the Veranda store and cafe made everything even more perfect. We loved our pool and beach days in and also a great location to explore the island. Thank you for the great hospitality!!!

The condo has absolutely everything you could need. A well appointed kitchen, snorkel gear and pool noodles, as well as a complete list of favorite restaurants. Leslie is a pleasure to work with and is quick to respond to emails. Chris, the concierge met us to review the details of the home and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Views are amazing!

Our stay at Sea Haven was amazing! We had great weather and could walk down and swim at Dawn Beach almost every afternoon. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday, nighttime swimming was their favourite! The home was in a great location but definitely need a car. Sleeping accommodations worked out well for us, my parents stayed in the bedroom in the main house, my 2 kids and us in the two bedrooms underneath. I would definitely return and stay again. Thank you Esheen for making our stay so wonderful and stress-free!!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place! What an amazing setting with a view that you could look at all day and night long! We spent most of our time next to the infinity pool and couldn’t get enough of it. A quick trip down the hill to the local beach and restaurant provided a nice change of scenery (not that it was needed). The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need. We were met upon arrival by their friendly staff. Communication was perfect and we had a great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend Laura’s place!

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

the house is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are 10/10 amazing hosts and so helpful! The neighborhood feels safe and the home is exactly as listed. We went on a girls trip and they've built the most beautiful home with wonderful places to take pictures LOL. we loved it!

Kevin was a wonderful host! He was very responsive. We received some great suggestions to adventure to and we made great memories at his rental location. We arrived after dark which makes it hard to navigate on its own, however we were able to speak by phone and Kevin got us in the right direction. Such a relief after a long day of travel! The rental was decorated lovely and had all that we needed and more. The view and serenity was just was what was expected and more. Perfect honeymoon location. We are dog lovers and enjoyed the very friendly local stray hounds. The greeted us on arrival, and walked us to our car when we departed. We treated them and enjoyed their company! Would 100% return and have recommended to our friends and on social media. Thanks fir everything Kevin!

Great place with an amazing view. Could walk to town in 20mins. House was perfect for our group with en-suite bedrooms. The pool was great. Saul was very responsive and friendly.

We've been to St Maarten at least 12 times. We've never stayed in this area, usually Simpson Bay. We loved it, close to everything. The place has an amazing view and pool. Nadine made check-in very easy and check-out. The place makes it comfortable. Everything was clean. As others have reviewed, a little worn, but certainly did the job. Plenty of places to get sun or hide out in the shade. For the money, a few things could be stepped up a bit: glassware ( one wine glass, the rest water glasses), silver ware, the master mattress was a rock, and few other things. I would rent it again.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I’m converted! Crystal was an amazing host and so responsive and helpful. I felt as though I’ve known her for years! Her place was amazing and the views are breathtaking. Waking up to seeing blue water and three different islands from multiple rooms was just unreal. The private pool was A+ and my entire family loved every second of privacy and exclusivity. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding newly built homes at night was just a beautiful sight. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was super spacious and had every single thing we needed on a daily basis. Crystal was flexible with my concerns and always responded super fast on messenger. I felt like I was at my own home! She was a blessing and I will definitely return to her place again! 10/10!!!! Thanks again, Crystal <3
