Great host, fantastic place for large family gathering

Great place. Water system is great. Filtration installed for entire house. There us also a filtration system at the kitchen sink and then a Coway dispenser. Extremely useful. The place is squeaky clean. Labelled the switches for guests. Pool was very clean on first day. But alot of dry leaves found next day. Unavoidable due to location. Host unexpectedly gave us a whole cake as well. But unfortunately we aren't cake lovers. But great gesture! Only 1 complain. The maintenance guy entered the premises before we checked out. It's very important that guests should feel safe. But knowing that maintenance can enter at any time, it's unsettling.

Had an amazing time with family & friends in this villa, the unit is spacious, made a small gathering at the courtyard of the villa and most of my guest complimented the decor and aesthetics of the unit. Would keep this unit in mind for future events.

Host very responsible and quick response. The bulb in one of the toilet not functioning and the host immediately sent technician to fix on the next day. Definitely will stay here again.

Great place and good setup

it was a pleasant stay. Host was very accommodative and responsive. was attended by Su who received us during check in. explained to us everything very clearly. the place is also muslim friendly as they keep separate utensils. swimming pool was good. will come back again if the price was lower.

My recent stay was an absolute delight! Owner assisted with clear instructions to ensure a smooth check-in process. The unit was spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep, and the modern amenities, including high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, and complete condo facilities, added to the overall experience.

Overall a very good stay. Host was very responsive. They also provided a water dispenser so you can save the trouble of buying water. The only downside was the master bedroom toilet was abit translucent so people staying in the opposite block can actually somehow 'see' you showering so in the end we did not use that bathroom.

Very convenient place to stay if planning to shop just in paradigm. Easy check in with clear instructions. Will definitely come back!

We had an incredible stay at Matthew’s Airbnb – easily one of the best experiences we’ve had! The home was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. The views were stunning, and we loved getting lost in the unique art pieces throughout the space. Matthew went above and beyond in making our stay seamless. The check-in process was clear and smooth, and the home manual was super detailed, making it easy to settle in. Even during the holiday season, when we had a few questions, Matthew was quick to respond and very helpful. We definitely plan to return to this place in the future! Highly recommend!

Nice place. My kids love it 🥰 the host was generous to give welcome drink n cookies for the kids 🙏🏻 definitely will repeat near to legoland

It's a home away from home. There's a kitchenette, so it's easy to dry your laundry. If there is a water purifier or water filter, it will be more golden, and there are some bugs such as ants, but the host solves it immediately, and I think bugs are inevitable in the tropical region.

the place is very clean. as described by host. love the night view. very near to shopping mall. strict security. feel safe. host very responsive to requests and questions. beds comfortable. host might need to replace the sofa as the spring is damaged and can literally feel it! downside : if u want to cook, this accommodation is not for u as they charge 250rm for cleaning. only microwave is allowed.

Host was very friendly and responsive. Thankful for all the extra information given which helped us alot. Information given were very succinct and relevant photos concerning the instructions were given as well. Host had also prepared mandarin oranges for our CNY staycation.

Great location, just right beside KSL shopping mall. Lots of food options around the listing too. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient location.
