The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

Tao’s place was fantastic. We stayed there for 10 days and everyone enjoyed. House was exactly the same as pictures and very comfortable for the family with lovely balcony and garden. Easy access to Taksim square, Galata Port, T1 Tram and many different restaurants and bars around the house. We tried most of them and all were great. Tao helped us always, any time I asked him questions about different places he responded. He gave us great list of different places with great information. He also kindly gave us early access to the place as we arrived early and my parents were tired. He allowed us to put our luggages before check in time and when I spoke with him about my parents he graciously gave us the keys ahead of time. We had lovely family time there and everything you need for long stay is available in his house.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lou’s place! This is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. The neighborhood is one of the most prestigious and highly regarded areas in Istanbul, and I always felt completely safe and secure. The location is easy to find, and public transportation is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a stunning panoramic view of the Bosphorus. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lou is a fantastic host, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and welcoming stay in Istanbul.

It was the greatest apartment i have ever stayed in , all the cleaning supplies are available, the furniture is in good condition, great rooms , the heating system is very good and there are 2 air conditioners , the location is great near the main street. The area is quiet . And the host was always responsive, welcoming , and ready to answer questions . Definitely will stay here again

Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back

We had a wonderful time in this house, it felt homely and cosy. As it is winter, it was always warm inside and comfortable. There were lots of children playing in the streets which was lovely, as they became friends with our son. Also lots of cats roaming around, which our son also loved. Oskan’s niece, Merve, hosted us and she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our trip. A beautiful house, in a full of life part of the city!

This exceptional rental was a perfect haven for our 4-person team attending a conference. The house is stunning, meticulously clean, and brimming with unique amenities. The temperature-controlled swimming pool,warm fireplace and the heating system ran continuously provided the perfect sanctuary after long workdays. What truly elevated our experience was the extraordinary hospitality of the hosts. Although the owner doesn't speak English, his son Deniz was our primary point of contact—and what a delightful contact he was! The entire family demonstrated remarkable sincerity and warmth. They arranged reasonable transportation, guided us through local streets on our first day, helped us exchange cash, and went above and beyond in their care.Daily, the owner would visit to clear leaves from the pool, light the fireplace, and even bring fresh bread on first day morning. Deniz consistently offered valuable tourist recommendations and suggest exciting routes, making us feel genuinely welcomed.

The villa sits in a very good area with excellent grounds and a well-maintained house. Our group of 10 had plenty of space for overnight stays. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen items and BBQ accessories. The pool was a major highlight—quite large with cool backlighting, adding to the ambiance. The property itself was also equipped with night lighting, enhancing the outdoor experience further. The large grounds offered a stunning river view and included a viewing platform and a dedicated grill zone. Inside, the villa boasted a large living room, allowing all of us to dine together comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and air conditioning was available in all rooms, which worked perfectly. There were plenty of bathrooms, making it convenient for everyone to use the facilities at any time without disturbances. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat near Istanbul

First of all, I'm an Airbnb user for the first time and I was a little hesitant at first, but everything went very well. There was Mr. Murat, who was at our service 24/7; he helped if we needed or had a problem at home. The house is really like the pictures but it just needs some maintenance in the garden. The grass was prolonged and there were a lot of cobwebs, both in the tent and in the house. Unfortunately, the guests who came before us damaged the house; the air conditioners were working, but they broke their controls, so it was a problem to turn it on and off. Overall, the holiday was very nice and it will definitely be a repeat holiday. Thank you very much for everything

It is a nice house by the lake. A bit far from major supermarkets. The swimming pool is of good size. Very nice yard. The landlord doesn't speak much English but is very kind and nice. I like the place.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

We spent a nice weekend with three families in total 9 adults and one dog, Mr. Adnan showed a lot of interest and attention, and provided the necessary information and guidance very well. We had a comfortable rental as much as in our own home, especially with the facilities for a crowded organization like us. Since our rental period is in November, our concerns about heating are not previously used as of the first entrance, although it may be a little scary, we did not have any problems with heating until the end of our travel plan with the additional heaters and stove in the rooms. The garden was a barbecue and especially for our dog. As a result of an expectation that we can be together in a beautiful friendship environment with all my sincerity, all the participants left the place happily and happily With love

Seyma is an incredible host; she is very helpful, communicative, and assisted us with all of our questions and requests. She even offered calling the restaurants we had reservations for in order to get us discounts! We had a minor incident in the house that left one of the doors damaged (entirely due to our fault), and she was very understanding and transparent (with the damage costs), and did not get mad at all. We spent New Year's eve in this house, and it was a great break from the city life!

Thank you Mr. Nuri for everything. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our host approached every question positively and result-oriented. It was very good in terms of location. The metro was next to the neighborhood, and if you came with your car, there was an indoor parking lot. Places such as markets and fast food were within walking distance. We will definitely prefer Mr. Nuri for our next stay.
