The property is very secure as the driveway to the multi unit complex has a gate code. The neighborhood has beautiful old homes and restaurants and coffee shops are within a 15 minute walk. The property is exactly as advertised. it is small but has everything you need. And Michael left a bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water, and coffee to enjoy. He was quickly responsive to all texts, and after we got settled in he texted to make sure all was good and if there was anything we needed.

Highly recommended. This private cottage is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a large seating area, private bathroom, and large bed. It’s close to many restaurants and grocery stores and several large parks. Free and plentiful street parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Spencer's place. It was very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Easy access to public transport and a parking spot made it very convenient. Spencer is a great host - very communicative and responsive!

Loved the place !

We had a great stay here. It was spotless and the place is well cared for. The unit was very spacious, having an additional half bath and the laundry machine was particularly useful. For those who are light and noise sensitive, just be aware that the bedroom shades are not currently blackout and you do hear a little bit a noise through the windows. For us this wasn't an issue because it was raining/overcast during our stay so there weren't many folks out and about (this unit overlooks a dog park and a cute outdoor dining area). Even though the area is still developing, it felt very safe and we loved having Firebrand just around the corner for breakfast. We had some issues with the bed and Nespresso machine during our stay and when we contacted the hosts about it, they were very responsive.

We had a wonderful time at Mark's property. The beds were comfortable, it was impeccably clean and welcoming. Decorated beautifully. The area was fantastic. I walked to get coffee every morning. Plenty of lunch/dinner options too! I would definitely stay there again if we are back in that area. Mark was very responsive and gave great recommendations for places in the area, provided clear directions and was so friendly. If you are wavering about whether to book this airbnb ...do it! You won't be sorry :)

This loft townhome was a lovely stay. There are stairs to get up to the townhome, about 44 carpeted stairs-for some reason the carpet made it easier to climb and descend. Inside is a spacious large open area with a kitchen w/everything you'd need to cook, make coffee, etc. The living area is large with a sofa bed, a love seat and other leather chairs, SUPER high ceiling-like 20 to 24 feet high and a whole wall of windows with white shades, a small balcony just outside the sliding glass door, a large screen TV that we easily cast Apple photos and videos to. A full bath downstairs just past the stackable W/D Upstairs is a bedroom with floral curtains that open out to the downstairs. The bed and linens were comfortable and nice. A second full bath is on this level. There's lots of drawer space in the bathroom as well as the armoire in the bedroom, room to hang cloths too. We used the portable AC some while we were there and it cooled down the upstairs loft. Eyeshades helpe as it's bright
