Jan’s place was the perfect place for my friends and I’s get together! The place looked exactly like the photos, it was really clean, and easy to find! The room was also really spacious and was big enough for the three of us. Jan also gave clear instructions before the self check-in and Miss Sherill, our contact person was also really helpful and responsive to our inquiries and requests. They were both really accommodating. Would definitely book this place again and would recommend it to my friends.

If you're looking for 5-Star, you've found the right place. You will NOT be disappointed. The Host, Jim, has an immaculate apartment in the fixture, fittings, furniture and amenities - the quality of everything in the apartment stands out. I've stayed here a number of time now and the responsiveness of Jim has been outstanding - Offering suggestions and helping out with questions above and beyond the rental of the apartment. My stays were often for multiple weeks and as such his team would do a weekly clean which always resulted in a complete reset with everything completely back to the day I first walked in. A truely exception gem on Airbnb!!

Nice place, great location, very clean and cozy. Space was maximized, well thought of! Good for 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 kids. Very accommodating host. Highly recommended!

Sir Rolen is always available, flexible and friendly. Nice terrace with view to Mount Kanlaon. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Calm and peaceful place. Walking distance to Panaad Park, an eucalyptus forest, where Bacolodnans come for physival exercise. Walking distance to small shops, markets, laundry and eateries where you get everthing one needs.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Zenith’s place. The place is well-maintained and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The furniture and appliances are relatively new. The host and caretaker were accommodating and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place!

I really recommended this place. Tita Nancy is very accomplished at approachable . All utensils are complete pwede makapag luto. As location to the place naman is very peaceful, walking distance papunta sa labas, one ride lang pa SM city and it cost only 15 pesos. Sa loob ng room may mini refrigerator din kami. 😊

The place was exactly as described, as well as clean and literally a few meters from the guardhouse of the village. The host was also responsive and helpful with what needs we required during our stay. From the shuttle service within the village, to the restaurant/cafe outside the village, not to mention the accessibility of public transportation, will definitely recommend staying here on your Bacolod trips!

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

Absolutely loved staying at Ma Luz Adela's apartment! It genuinely felt like a home with every necessary amenity available for our extended stay. The giant mall next door was super convenient for all our shopping and dining needs. Public transport and a handy 7/11 are right outside, making daily life and exploring the area a breeze. Ma Luz Adela was not just a host but also a helpful guide and a friendly presence throughout our stay. Her quick and thorough responses to all our questions made everything smooth and easy. Can’t wait for the next visit, and wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!
