With a free location, nature view of the field and harbor water, it is a special object in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

A wonderful lakefront house with well equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places calling for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the oven, on the windowseat in front of the panoramic window on the first floor or in the sun lounger on the roof terrace: the lake glows through the trees everywhere. The swimming spot is in front of the door, the forest too. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Sleeps up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Lots of old trees provide lovely shade in the summer and lots of little restaurants, and cafes are in the nearby villages . Hello, the house offers plenty of space, it is located about 5 km from the health resort Plau am See. I have a large bathroom, a children's room with lots of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside on our farm there is a playground and we also have some animals ( sheep, chickens, ducks, pigeons and a cat ) -> IMPORTANT -> the price is for 2 adults + 1 child up to 3 years Unfortunately, I am unable to enter a surcharge on Airbnb based on age and length of stay.

It is only 20 m to the swimming spot and just under 50 m to the in-house rowing boat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.
