This unit is located on the 2nd floor. The property features a heated swimming pool, free shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and an onsite laundry facility in the adjacent building. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Walking distance to some of St Pete's top-rated beach bars.
