Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Siesta Beach

Spacious home. Great pool and lanai area. Quiet neighborhood across from a trail with pond. Great area to walk the dog. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries we made. Bed was extremely comfortable! Home was clean. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay. The home was spotless, quiet and well stocked. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but was nice to come home to a quiet place after full days of fun. It was a perfect location for where we wanted to explore. The nearby beaches had lots of shells if you like shell seeking and a popular place for finding shark teeth.

Beautiful house with lots of amenities. Great location. Pool and spa were so relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Evona’s house. It was so comfortable & nicely furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Super comfortable bed & sofa. Kitchen was great - spacious & well equipped. Especially appreciated the kettle being British! Loved the secluded garden & we had our thanksgiving dinner out there. The street was so quiet & next to the house was a pretty walkway which you could take - 10 mins walk to Aldi (supermarket) & the French bakery (highly recommended). Can’t say much about restaurants as we ate in most evenings but downtown is only a short ride away with lots of places to eat. Not a long drive to both Siesta & Lido beaches & Arlington park with its huge swimming pool is a very short drive or 20 mins walk away. We would love to return for thanksgiving next year.

We booked the house so we could have a relaxing, peaceful bachelorette trip. We got exactly that and then some! The house was gorgeous and much bigger than I expected. Everything was spotless and clean. The pool was amazing. The location was super close to a lot of things, but the neighborhood was family friendly and quiet. A perfect trip with my girls before my wedding! DEFINITELY would recommend and would book again if I came back to Sarasota

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

Very easy to find the house with no problems checking in. The house was very spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was open and roomy, the only thing I would like to have more of was plates, a larger variety of silverware and utensils to cook with. The backyard was nice and opened with lots of space to let your kids run off some energy. The pool was nice and the lania had great area to sit snd relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked very well with the extras of toilet paper and towels. It is a beautiful house and I would highly recommend staying with Carolina. She responded quickly to any questions we had and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

This is a great place to stay will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area

We flew into SRQ and attended an event at the Ringling Museum. We were able to walk from the airport to the Airbnb and from the Airbnb to the venue. The space is large, well laid out, and very clean. The hosts are very responsive and kind. They also took care of all the check out tasks. 10/10 would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

My family and I felt right at home. They were very responsive and flexible with check in with our 4 month old. They even provided a pack n play. The space is clean and very convenient to walk around downtown Sarasota. Will be back!

Great location nice & clean

It was lovely to wake up looking out at the tree tops, lovely balcony. Apt beside their beautiful house which overlooks the neighborhood park. Charles and Dan were kind and hospitable and their place is close to downtown which has great music in some of the restaurants and bars. Great place to stay, lovely pool and seating area in the garden at apt also. Really enjoyed

The Oz courtyard was awesome! The private backyard was what I was most interested in, and it was perfect. The dinner table and hammock were great to hangout and catch a tan if we didn’t want to go to the beach. It was a very romantic place for my girlfriend and I to get away for a couple days. The place is even more funky and unique than the photos. The vibes are just too good to pass up. The restaurants nearby are awesome and is not too far of a drive to Venice for a farmers market and antique shop. Te was a great host and immediately answered any questions we had. Our neighbors in the other connecting units were very nice. Definitely recommend, definitely will return.

This was a great stay. Location made it easy to get to all of our desired destinations. The home was very comfortable with plenty of amenities and a great backyard to lounge in.

This our second stay and it was just as terrific a year later! Convenient location with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning next year!

Maureen gave us clear, actionable information even before we were looking for it. The apartment was exactly as described. Very comfy and quiet at night. The pool was pristine and the view on the waterway was a treat to take in at any time of day! Siesta beach is easily accessible in a 15 min walk with a wide beach of almost flour-white sand and a beautiful sunset view. Would come back here anytime.

We loved our stay! Ideal location across from siesta key beach and one mile walk or free trolley ride into town with lots of restaurants, shops and a gourmet supermarket. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked and Evan was very responsive to any questions we had.

Summer’s place is a nice quiet condo in a small group of condos at the southern end of Tierra Verda with a walking path and bike lanes just outside. There was a nice pool and tennis/ paddle ball courts on the property as well. You are 3 miles from DeSoto Park where all the paths go or you can stroll through different housing developments. The condo was a perfect size for my husband and me and would have worked well for 2 additional people. It is well supplied with all that is necessary for simple cooking. It is on the second floor with no elevator but the steps were easily managed. It is within walking distance of a neighborhood shopping area with several restaurants and a produce market and also kayak rentals although it was too chilly for us to take advantage of that. Bed and pillows were comfortable as were the sofa and loveseat. Close drive to more restaurants and beaches and Clearwater or Tampa

Heidi was the best host we've ever had. She was very friendly, helpful, replied quickly to our questions and even left orange juice and pie for us at our door. The room was clean, well equipped, the bed was comfortable and everything was as described. The heated pool area was very nice and the few people that were there were very considerate and friendly. We would definitely book with Heidi again.

My family and I were very comfortable in the condo during our week. It was roomy enough for the five of us and everything we needed was there. We loved the condo’s beachy decor and having two screened in porches. The short walk to the beach was not bad. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The host was very friendly and responsive, plus gave suggestions of restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

5 stars does not even begin to describe how good this place was. I never understood hosts going above and beyond before having Suzan as a host. She was absolutely incredible. The beds are all very comfortable and the kitchen is laid out well. The complex is friendly and has plenty of amenities.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Jayme’s place was welcoming and comfortable. It was so nice having some beach items available to use. We loved how we could walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants!
