Had a wonderful experience in this apartment! It's exactly like on the photos, very clean and well laid out, The place is located in a quiet area, everything being close to all amenities necessary, making the stay very nice. Mariem, the host, is really exceptional. She is very kind and responsive, quickly replies to all my messages Plus, it allowed me to come early from the check-In to, which was a very gesture appreciated. A big thank you to Mariem for her hospitality and for making my stay so nice. Highly recommend this apartment, it's a real haven of peace!

beautiful place, very modern and well connected. the area is very quiet and just 5 minutes from sidi bou said and marsa la plage. i highly recommend it since for a family of 4/5 people it can be a perfect solution, also given the presence of two bathrooms (one a service room) eric was very helpful and this is definitely a plus. thanks again!

home close to the cathedral 5min walk , souk and bab al bahr. close to everything and restaurant etc. the balcony is great for resting and enjoying the nice weather. Filippo is great . (off-topic but there is a very nice tea bar on the ground floor but beware of the asking price differed from those displayed)

Had a great time at this place. Everything was as advertised, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Communication with Bilel was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

Good location

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment! Everything is spotless, especially thanks to the maid who does a remarkable job. The space is well-equipped, nothing is missing to feel at home. Sabrine is an amazing host: she responds to all my messages, no matter the time, and is always available to satisfy my requests. I highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to come back. When I needed anything the host Mohammed was always there promptly. The apartment was very clean and equipped with necessary household items. The balcony was nice and the view as well

The apartment was even better than we imagined: fully equipped, super clean, with all the necessities in a quiet and secure residence for a pleasant stay. Hana our host is super nice and accommodating. She even left us the last day free so we could leave late, which we really enjoyed. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back. Great stay experience, brand new apartment, fully equipped, good service

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.
