Loft vacation rentals in Sicily

Beautiful views from this spacious and well equipped loft. We had a really chilled time in laid back and pretty Modica.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The view onto the Teatro Massimo from all 3 huge windows that look onto it can be opened and enjoyed from the big balcony, it’s so amazing, you will want to come back early from all your sightseeing to enjoy it every evening. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked, WiFi is strong. Many local tours start right here in the Piazza and that is a big plus, there is also a taxi rank right here. The weekends can be a little noisy on the Piazza until late but I think Palermo is just a big city so it’s not unusual and it shouldn’t detract you from choosing this apartment. I was traveling solo this time (female) and I felt incredibly safe in the apartment, going in and out of it, and in the local area which is a superb location to stay and visit Palermo.

Bianca’s place is delightful - beautifully decorated, airy and open. It is so close to the many restaurants and shops of Ortigia- we parked the car for the entire stay and explored the town. You can see the water from the bedroom window. Just a note- one of our group has some mobility issues, so the stairs up to the apartment and the loft bedroom were a challenge. Other than that - excellent! And Bianca is a pro at instructing novices (that means us)in the art of making Italian caffé!

We loved our stay at Oxana end Pierluca's place! I was very thankful for the coffee pods and the espresso machine. Location is great, walking distance to the main old town attractions.

A really unique place to stay! Very pretty, equiped with anything needed. Giuliana was really nice and helpful for our communication. The location is perfect to explore Ortigia and everything is walkable. Felt really good! The place should be the perfect gem for the summer as it looks that it will keep cold for the hot days. However the minus for the rainy season is that there is a smell of mold, so would definitely be not a good choice for allergic and sensitive people. Of course it is understandable given the old building and ground floor. And the hosts were thoughtful that they left all windows open before our check in, but it gets cold if they stay open the whole time for this time of the year. The interior is also really spacious with a nice dinning table, kitchen and sofa. Mind that there is a city tax that has to be paid on the spot, so you can prepare some cash in advance for that.

We had a wonderful time at Annamaria‘s beautiful and very well equipped flat. Annamaria was the most attentive and lovely host, and a fantastic person in general. We loved the location that was in walking distance to anything you might want to see in Catania but still felt more charming and authentic than the overly touristic city center. It was a real pleasure and we hope to be back.

Accommodation according to its description. Very well arranged, great location, comfortable. Dario was accommodating for check-in and very responsive to messages. I would highly recommend it

Tiziano was an excellent host and has a beautiful apartment. The location is ideal because you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes, but have so much privacy and peace. Only challenge, was parking bc the city does not allow you to park in that area. IT's about a 10 minute walk to a garage and Tiziano provided many options on where we could safely park w/out any issues.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Casa Scina was in a great location, was spacious and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to all of our needs. The upstairs loft was a little challenging for my husband who is 6 foot 1 , because the ceiling is a little low. Besides that, we loved this place. Highly recommend! Just note the ceiling if you are tall.

The apartment was better than we imagined. Less than ten minutes from the central station and in the heart of Ballarò where life and the essence of the market completely immerse you in a unique and colorful atmosphere. In the morning we specifically kept the windows ajar to listen to the first voices of the merchants who were about to arrange their goods. The views that the balcony gives are in different colors at all hours of the day. We found the house clean, comfortable, very equipped. For me who have long hair, great hairdryer formed not as a travel, but normal. For those who want to cook (we ate outside), there is a complete kitchen with a microwave too. As for us and what we were looking for, we were very satisfied. Last but not least, Daniele was always immediate in his responses, helpful and kind.

WONDERFUL! I want to be blunt and honest. I've been using Airbnb for 15 years, maybe... in view of this beautiful Loft, at a great price, free a few days from my reservation... I didn't want to believe it. Sincerely, I was hesitant that there could be some tricks (also because I found very few reviews), I wanted to believe it and I assure you that I did very well! The apartment is wonderful as pictured, if not more. Careful in everything, equipped with everything that can come to mind... everything new and of excellent quality... in addition to everything described, I even found two TVs, coffee machines with pods, sugar oil, pepper, various biscuits, etc. Various towels and products for the bathroom and cleaning of the house... everything, just everything! A service equal to a hotel room but in a beautiful apartment! Cristina and her husband are wonderful people! Of dozens of apartments definitely rented one of the best! Cri, thank you!!

We could live in Romeo apartment. Stylish, comfortable, modern, fully equipped kitchen (even a drip coffee maker for North American coffee drinkers), very good WiFi, safe and secure. The entry and place to keep our bicycles safe was perfect. This is a terrific place to stay in Modica. The Julietta apartment is equally nice; slightly smaller yet with a small balcony. Lorenzo’s welcome, gracious hospitality and excellent communication were added bonuses to a nice stay.

Great location at the east end of the main tourist street. Fantastic restaurants are within one block of the home as well. Very comfortable location and well decorated as well.

Small apartment with everything you need and all the comforts to stay well. Rosanna was always available and active. I also specify that you did not waste time when a few days before my arrival, after the air conditioning failure, you immediately bought a new air conditioner, always updating me on the developments. She has always made sure that everything could be at its best. I had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

Enrico is a wonderful host, he goes an extra mile to make sure that his guests are comfortable and cared for. He helped us get familiar with the place and made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time staying at his place thanks to his incredible hospitality

I booked this flat for a month. Instructions how to get to property were clear, Giorgio gave me all details and sent list of good restaurants and bakeries in neighbourhood. Flat’s door is located behind solid, metal gate in courtyard and I felt very safe. Balcony was located over the street with nice view on old monstery. Flat was clean, prepared for my long stay with additional towels (I received new one after few weeks) and kitchen was ready to cook and prepare the coffee (coffee and small moka was already there!) . Washing machine is located in courtyard, next to flat’s door. It takes about minute for hot water to flow in the tap. When bad autumn/winter weather started I received additional warm duvet and flat heating was turned on. High speed internet and short distance to bakery make it good place for remote work. Would book it again for a longer stay or a short weekend trip (10 minutes to cathedral square and most popular bus stop).

Salvatore is a very kind host, perfect and new house in the heart of downtown. We'll be back!

We had an adventure with Valerio. He was supposed to receive us one evening when his place suffered water damage, and soon took control of things by calling hotels to find us a room. It was late and yet he was able to assist us. In addition, in a very good and clean area. Really very satisfied with this host. Thank you very much

Spacious, clean, and comfortable place very close to the bridge to Ortigia island. Free and paid parking spaces on the streets nearby. I would stay there again!
