Great choice, the room type we are staying in is a tatami room, the room is warm and clean, the space is also very spacious, the bathroom is just across the street is very convenient to use, the whole is a very good stay

I definetely recommend this place for everyone who plans to visit Fuji! It takes 17 minutes from kawaguchiko station by walk. K's house super clean, the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The lounge is also cozy and very clean! You can enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji while sitting in the lounge too🫶🏻

Nothing short of amazing. Would highly recommend. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. Easily walkable to pretty much everything in Fujiyoshida

So glad I chose to stay in this cute bohemian hostel. The room was way bigger than I anticipated and had an amazing heater to keep me comfortable all night. It’s the perfect place to stay if you plan to take a pre-sunrise hike up to Chureito Pagoda shrine.

A nice accommodation, with a lot of equipment in the kitchen like fresh coffee, snacks etc. The check-in was very flexible and smooth. We were able to reserve a free parking space before checking in. Also the receptionist was very friendly and had a lot of good tips for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all a great and good value stay if you don’t want to spend too much!

We had an amazing stay at Saruya, the place is so peaceful and decorated to a fantastic specification. We spent a really cosy evening here, and were lucky enough to get a peak of Fuji both days! If you’re up for it, get up early to beat the crowds for the view of Fuji from the street outside the hostel, and then walk up to Chureito Pagoda! The host allowed us to relax in the communal space for a while following our checkout which was greatly appreciated. If you’re planning on visiting Fuji, Saruya is a must stay.

I stayed for two nights and three days at the university seminar camp. They were helpful in many people, including facility guidance, cleaning, etc. It was very cozy with lots of relaxing spaces like capsule beds and shared spaces. The starry sky from the rooftop was clean✨ Thank you!

I like the place. The view of Mt. Fuji from the rooftop at sunrise and sunset is amazing. The mattress has the tempur pedic feel. I slept on a single pod/bunk bed at the floor level. The space of the bunk bed is not suffocating. I was able to open my carry on luggage on the space near my bed. The bunk bed has a curtain for privacy. Place is clean. Shower room and toilets are clean. I was lucky that my roommates were respectful of each other and were quiet. I slept on a dorm style and capsule before and some guests doesn’t respect quiet time at all. I slept well here for sure. Coffee at the kitchen is good. English speaking staff. Didn’t cook but the place is well equipped to cook/prepare own food. Has spacious dining and lounging area. Only downside is, it is quite far from Kawaguchiko station. If in group, taking a cab will be worth it. I was by myself and walked and took a cab as well. Staff will help calling for a cab. Will stay again for sure.

I was flexible with my check-in time.I was able to get in touch with quickly, and I was quick to respond and the phone was quick, which was helpful.After the fireworks display, they laid out futons in the room that arrived in Heto after the fireworks display, so I thought it was God.The bathhouse is at the door with the bath/vacant room tag at the door to take a key and take a bath with the key!The bath didn't have a tub, so it was only a shower, but I knew it from the time of booking!The air volume of the dryer is also good!There was only one!There is also a shampoo, rinse, body soap!The space is clean and has a toilet and washroom!The drying rack and hangers were convenient.We slept well with towels and futons. the wifi is also superb.Air conditioner Refrigerator, kettle and TV.It was simple, but I was impressed by the fact that I had everything so much that I could stay so cheaply.Thanks for your hospitality.

This accomodation is located at a very convenient spot near Kawaguchiko which makes travelling with public transport very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and sightseeing spots around including the famous Hikawa clock shop which is 5 minutes walk from the hostel. I used a private room this time and it is clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable and provided all the amenities that I needed. The cost of staying at this hostel is much cheaper than other accommodations in the area, especially during peak seasons, making it a no brainer for anyone who's on a tighter budget. The only downside is that you couldn't see mount Fuji directly outside the window but that's just nitpicking really. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Overall this is one of the best accomodation I've stayed in near mount Fuji and I would definitely use it again in the future when I revisit Yamanashi.

This will be my first choice for everytime I run trail in Fuji area.

Although the house is a little partial, there is a free car transfer, it is very quiet and the experience is very good.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy location for checking out spots around town. Highly recommend. Hopefully see you again!

I just booking near Shimoyoshida area and never realised I get one big room with Japanese style room called Ryokan . The price is really affordable for us and really good deal because near to viral photogenic place , Honmachi doori & near to Selva supermarket . We spend 3 days 2 nights here and almost cover all of Fuji 5 lakes except Yamanako lake because we bought red, blue & green line pasd only for 2 days .Thanks for wonderful hospitality , good communication & quick action .definitely will come here again next time & will recommend to other fellow Malaysian friends as well.
