Place was as described. Great location. Easy to hop in the car to downtown or call a quick uber/lyft. Walkable and safe area. Plenty of street parking out front. Great stay overall!

Nice little place very close to things situated downtown

Absolutely beautiful home! Very clean & the beds were comfortable. It is super kid friendly with toys and a gate at the bottom & top of the stairs which was perfect for our busy walking one year old! If you’re looking for a place to stay close to Louisville and amenities, we highly recommend this place! Brandon was also very helpful and provided us with recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed.

The hosts were always available and helpful if we needed anything. The location was easy to get to, was in walking distance to Z Bar (Zanzabar) when the fun ones wanted to go out after the old folks went to bed, and had all the eminities needed (except a crock pot). There were 10 people in our group and we had a wonderful early Christmas. It was a great spot to meet between Wisconsin and Alabama. This house is amazing bc it is old, huge, and very well-updated! We would all stay here again!!

This place was excellent and in a great location. Quiet, walking distance to things to do/restaurants, very clean and cozy, great backyard space and we were able to bring our dogs which was an added bonus! No issues whatsoever. We will definitely be staying again!

Apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our weekend in Louisville. The area provides many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance, but the apartment was fully equipped with kitchen items for when we wanted to stay in. The complex has a gated pedestrian and car entry, so we felt comfortable as well.

James was an outstanding host. I had a last-minute issue that could have derailed my entire trip, but James' kindness, understanding, and flexibility negated my issue. You will not regret selecting his space. If you have narrowed your options to just a few listings...BOOK THIS ONE. You will not regret it. There aren't enough superlatives to describe my experience. We absolutely loved Matt’s place. It was so spacious for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There was plenty of storage. Having a half bath on the first floor was great so you didn’t have to walk up the steps all of the time. The location was nice and felt safe, even walking back from the Bardstown (?) area at night. Here’s a tip: pick up Ubers at the bar next door vs on the main road. It’s safer and easier to locate. But don’t worry, we never heard any noise from the bar. It’s a quick ride to downtown. Matt’s welcome book was the most thorough we’ve ever had. It was easy to follow and we enjoyed playing the arcade games. We will definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended it to our friends.

I had a long weekend stay for a conference in Louisville. Ameer was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond when I had questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay there again when I'm back in town.

Our spur of the moment time in this condo was a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the large open space and the throwback game consoles were so much fun. The space was private and near all of the good stuff downtown, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Absolutely recommend!

This is my second time staying in Libor’s place. I love that it in walking distance to a local brewing and dive bar. The place is very clean and private. I will try and stay here again the next time I drive across the country.

Excellent Condo! Better than described. Extremely clean. Spotless linens and furniture. John was very responsive and has literally thought of everything you could need including a bottle of wine and a snack basket. Everything from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife is easily walkable. This place is everything you could want. We hope to visit again soon!
