Very near to Niseko ski resort and beautiful view of Mount Yotei!

Close to bus stop and other shops. Walls are a bit thin so will hear noise from neighbours otherwise a price friendly ski trip option!

It was a stylish room with many beds and hot springs, and we had a pleasant time.

great place to stay with well equipped kitchen. laundry room was great. 15 min walk into town.

Accommodation is exactly what you’d expect based on listing and price. Convenient, warm and comfortable. Good amenities. Really helpful communication and service on arrival and after departure. We were very happy. A word of advice though (not a reflection on the accommodation) ….the free shuttle is right outside the door (!!) but one of the last stops on the route, so the bus was full first few busses of the morning. So if you want to catch the first gondola up the slopes you will need to walk up the hill.

The place was great. Spacious for two people even with a lot of skiing equipment. Beautiful area in the winter time, with shuttle bus to Sapporo International Ski resort for a small amount. We enjoyed the onsen every day, sitting outside with the snow slowly falling down. We have relied a bit on luggage forwarding throughout our vacation because of the ski equipment, and even though this place does not do luggage storage they helped us out with obtaining the luggage. Just something to be aware of.

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Located above a yakiniku restaurant, it offered a convenient dining option though we did not dine there as it was pricey. The check-in instructions were a bit unclear as the promised PDF guide wasn't received. While the host was responsive and quickly clarified any questions, clearer initial instructions would have been helpful. The location is decent, but finding late-night dining options in the immediate vicinity might be challenging.

We are a family with three children, the house was very comfortable for all of us, Mika responds quickly to messages, I was in a lot of houses but the speed of response and response that Mika has I didn't get to see, the place gives a great combination of Tracy (mountain guide) with his partner Mika, we only went out for one day with Tracey because we didn't bring any equipment for Torring skiing but it is clear to us that we are coming back again with the appropriate equipment, a highly recommended guide!! We had a great experience in the Niseko area, the only thing I think can be improved is a slightly firmer mattress in the double bed

We had a lovely stay in this airbnb in Noboribetsu. It is a large house with plenty of space and amenities. Our host Lavie was very welcoming and provided some local snacks to try. Easy to get around to the Noboribetsu sights

We absolutely loved staying here! The place was so cute and clean, loved the heated floors and kitchen amenities. So nice to have room to cook dinner. Beds were so comfy! Will was extremely helpful, showing up for check in and to help orient us, giving us many dinner and onsen recommendations and answering all our questions. Would definitely stay here again! Bobby is an amazing host - no ask was too much and we have benefited greatly from Bobby’s local knowledge. Accomodation was great - spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. Location is perfect, 3-15min drive to pretty much anything you may need (ski fields, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) Very happy with our stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Rusutsu cottage while we skied. Would definitely return.

The accommodation is quiet and perfect for relaxation. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host welcomed us warmly, provided great recommendations for places to visit, and was very kind and friendly. We were absolutely impressed!

I suspect your photography skills! In fact, the place I saw was much cooler than the photos! Clean and tidy in a cozy and delicate space, Newly-built, clean walls and floors, all fixtures, In addition, until you enter the interior of the room with a traditional feel, the host's kindness and the house I slapped the seal in the comfort of the giving 🦭~ ❤️ It must have been difficult to communicate and handle two Koreans, one German, and one American, but thank you in many ways for preparing until morning:)

This is a great ski house if you are looking for an alternative to staying at Rusutsu Resort, the Westin or the Vale. You do have to walk a little bit, but it is quite manageable. We were offered a ride with our luggage to the resort, which was **extremely helpful**. I would highly recommend Leann's place as a base camp for skiing and riding at Rusutsu

We had an amazing stay at this property for our first time in Niseko! The apartment looked just as beautiful as the photos with an awe-inspiring view of Mt. Yotei from the kitchen and living area. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable with heated towel rack, boot rack, and coat racks. It was very helpful to have access to the private shuttle service to get around town and to go to the ski resort. Service was wonderful and on one occasion our shuttle driver even took us to the police station when a member of our group lost his cellphone and needed to find it. There were also thoughtful touches such as plentiful coffee pods, a gifted sake, and a box of cookies that we enjoyed. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

Great stay, close by lift to start your day skiing and better yet to end your day with just a short walk back. Convince store very close by which was a relief. Will have to come back next year for the skiing season to this airb&b.

Great location, cozy apartment

Great stay at Kira Kira during ski season. Beautiful apartment with lots of space surrounded by good food options. Unfortunately, we did not realise we were able to request a shuttle to the ski lifts although the listing suggests you can. Bit of an uphill walk with all ski/snowboarding equipment to the lifts.

The place was beautiful and is located at the top floor of a building - this gives us beautiful views of Mt Youtei and convenient access to restaurants and even Arabica nearby! Do note that the restaurants do close rather early in July - perhaps due to lull season. The signs on the entrance also indicated that checkin had to be done at a different building which we were not informed prior of but they are walkable in 1 to 2 mins and the host was really responsive so great stay!

This was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful 3 bed / 3 bath unit that perfectly matched the pictures from the listing. It snowed for the first few days of our stay (no complaints here as this was a ski trip), but on a clear day you are greeted with a beautiful view of Mt Yotei from the living room & back porch. We made great use of the kitchen making breakfast each morning before heading to the mountains, and then most nights we would walk to / around Hirafu village for great food, drinks, and entertainment. Highly recommend staying at Aspect, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for playing a major part in what was the best ski vacation of our lives.
